I strongly recommend investors think harder why the founders are selling their company at book value and become minority shareholders. no detail of the financial information for Eramas Global company. But overall it is a good, profitable company. Past 16 yrs, it has been growing and establish the manufacturing plant in Malaysia and Indonesia, sales export to different country. As you can see SCGM founders willing to sell the shares cheap to them in order to get their asset being injected into SCGM, rather than just distribute the cash 0.61sen per share back to shareholder, as they saw the potential in this company. Buying the share now around 65sen is just like you are balloting for IPO shares, and when the asset injection is completed, it is like the IPO listing day where share price will boom ....50% or 100%....

while the cash and the listing status itself provides a cushion for the share price, where the share price wont drops like crazy whenever market crash. It is good for conservative investor who scare the crash or free falling type of drop......
