Can someone correct me if I interpreted wrongly the recapitalisation exercise please.

If I have 30 shares with me a) I am entitled to buy 10 rights share for 30 sen each, b) get 3 free warrants (exercise price 49 sen), and c) gentitled to buy 6 RCPS-i at 41 sen per share. If I keep the RCPS-i I will get dividend of 5% per year. The 1 for 1 conversion means I can convert each RCPS-i to normal share if and when I want.

This is the kind of super good news that comes out periodically since the RM 4.xx days followed by drop in share price systematically. For all the ikan bilis sake I sincerely hope that this news will be followed by significant rise in share price.

They did not say that the exercise price would be RM. 94. They said that they used this amount for illustrative purposes only. Further the uniqueness of this warrant is that it's exercise price will increase by 6 sen every year and this concept and it's implication is new to me.

Even if gold significantly influences bornoil price, rise in current gold price would only be reflected in current quarter performance to be released next year

From Jul-Sep the price actually went down. Its only past two months it's going up significantly. Thus if this stock performs better for 3rd quarter, then it must be for a different reason.

If you expect this stock to perform very well in 3rd quarter based on current significant rise in oil price then this argument is flawed. The 4th quarter should be the very good quarter. I should expect performance to be same as previous quarter or even worse based on oil price movement, and as such opportunity to accumulate. Anyone can point to flaw in my assumption? Tq.

Same again today. Can't help inferring that someone wants to entice(trap) investors to buy at 0.04 in the hope of selling at 0.045 but actually nobody wants to buy at 0.045.

Did you notice a pattern here? Very quickly during the day price drops to 0.04. Towards the evening somebody buys 200 shares for 0.045 so it's ends at that price.

That was a september 2016 report. Many things happened after that.
