Off market transactions are arrangement between two known parties to contract out a shares transaction which have been agreed beforehand in term of price and quantity of shares. That mean the buyer knows the seller or vice versa. Two possible scenarios may have happened in this case. First, the seller (the directors of Homeriz in this case) is selling at 0.68 to the buyer who maybe a member of a share syndicate, and henceforth the surge in volume and price of Homeriz recently. Second, it may just be a private reorganization exercise by the directors to "park" their shares with a third party who is not bound by the disclosure requirements like themselves. This will make them "stealth" or "invincible" the next time they want to deal anything with the shares, without having to make disclosure.

We have nowhere of knowing who the buyer is unless they have bought at least a 5% stake that requires them to make disclosure statutorily.

Going by the high volume and rise in price of Homeriz now, it may well be the first scenario that is at work here. This said, please exercise your discretion in dealing with this share now that we know a syndicate has entered the ring.

If you hold less than 300,000 shares in Hevea, then I will stop writing and possibly advise my other friends to stop writing on you, as you are nothing extraordinary than an averaged investor.

Stock market is a funny place, there is not right or wrong. Sometimes you take profit fast, the stock price continue to go up (Like Hapseng-WA). If you do not take profit fast, the stock price comes down.

Who among us here don't know this? Talk already like not yet talk. LOL

All my friends or friends of the same thinking do not care he made or lost what. What do I benefit by your laughing all the ways to the bank? By the same token, what do I benefit if you pokai ham ka lin? Maybe I have to buy you some foods if the latter happened, right?

Then of course, my prediction is solely based upon the premise that OTB is a man of integrity (which I hope is so said because he had said many many times that he will go to Heaven and all my other friends will go to hell).

I hope he will walk the talk and not like our the other man who has created the kangkung laughing stock worldwide,

Anyway, my kaki in Affin will be able to tell the exact number of shares and traded price by the next trading day. Haha

Today's first half score, Hevea traded volume is 186,900 shares and OTB has not sell yet. Lets see what the whole day traded volume is, then we can more or less guess how many shares OTB has got in Hevea.

Anyway, to have bought @0.94 and seeing the stock surged to 1.45, a good 54% appreciation in less than 3 months without selling it at the opportune times, only goes to show you are after all, not so good in ta leh. Perhaps it is the greed devil in you that clouded your conscience and judgement.

Ayoyo, if you have read OTB postings nicely, you should know that he said very loudly that he will "walk the talk" (more than twice) and sell, if yesterday's closing price is less than 1.09. The stock is his. The call to sell he has made yesterday. Who are you then to tell him what his prerogatives are, after all the man himself has said so loudly and clearly? That only show your busy-bodiness, if I may say the least.
