Tdex definitely worth higher than systech if you compare this two company the sales of tdex last year is about 53,514m and systech last year sales is onle about 15,227m. Why compare systech and tdex is because this 2 company is in the almost similiar business

After the successful acquisition the remaining 50% shareholding of surftek and idealseed , this 2 company come with a profit guarantee for 2 years is around 7.65m so 1 year is around 3.825m . But this 2 company will become 100% owned by tdex .So there will be a big jump in the future earning and this earning seem to be far higher than systech 2.7 m earning.

Previously, at 7 july systech did at annoucement on acquisition on Postlink at 0.27 sen pershare is similar to the acquisition of tdex acquire surftek and ideal seed at 0.20sen.But the purchase of postlink which with higher price and seem to come with lower profit guarantee if compare with tdex.

So ,in current price I will be keep on buying due to the big margin of safety,and I am sure in the matter of time market will reprice this counter.

this company major customer had been fine here fine there ,so dont you think there is some hidden agenda behind . Why the big boys inside this company keep dumping out , so you still want to trust them just dont know what else to say.

I bought this share since 19 sen during those people are keep on selling and ran away like hell . The share have been rising up to 80.5 sen than tumble back to 40 sen during this time a lot 'expert' say sell off, cut loss due to this and that ,if I hear from them definitely I will not keep on accumulating during it was around 40 sen.

Buy the share only you do the study, if you dont have confident than dont buy . No point for earning 1 or 2 sen, just feeding your dealer only!

You buy share also doesn't means the share price will sure rocket up in short term but if you sell share sure means there is something that you feel it is not right such as over price or etc.......

I1freedom you almost get what I had mention but you still miss up some thing which is the perfect timing for this begger to set the trap. There totally about four perfect timing.
1. Before the opening bell especially 8.50-8.59 am
2. When there is no hot trading which means people already queue for selling and buying for long time but still no trading
3. Before the Second section which means 2.20-2.29pm
4.Before the closing bell expecially 4.45-4.49pm.

This local big begger normally will use this 4 period for them to manipulate the share price such as before opening bell so they might sell 100 share or sometimes 1000 shares to push down the price for half sen ,than all small fish will feel upset so easily the whole day they can push down the price.

Before closing bell especially before 4.50pm normally at 4.49 pm they might sell only 100 share in order for them to control the price for tomorrow such as selling 100 share down 1 sen to let all small fish fell the like dooms day.

Now days sometimes good result share price also cannot rise due to our local syndicate is too poor and too begger so every day they need to dig grave yard to buried people but only dont know at the final they will burying them self or others only.

So as for small fish buy only what you can afford , they only way you can win the syndicate is your holding power only ,this syndicate need to service bank every month but as for small fish you dont need .

As long as the company is good , hold it as long as you can , the syndicate wont be able to hold as long as you, so at last you will be the winner and you will be rewarded with handsome return.
