在本周的股东大会中，颇受关注的其中一场是Krono亚洲（KRONO）。

小股东权益监管机构（MSWG）询问Krono亚洲，为何子公司减值亏损大增，并且会采取什么措施，避免此类事情再次发生？

简报：

2023财年展现出坚韧的财务表现，营业额和净利分别达到3.142亿令吉（按年增长2.0%）和2450万令吉（按年增长3.6%）。

企业数据管理（EDM）部门带动了增长，贡献了2.509亿令吉（占总收入的80%），该部门盈利增长7%至2620万令吉。新加坡、中国和菲律宾是这业务的最大贡献者。

同时，技术既服务（AAS）部门营业额成长20%至6340万令吉，盈利是710万令吉。

集团有信心通过加强客户价值的举措，在2024财年再写下强劲表现。

提问：

1.子公司减值亏损从2022财年的490万令吉，增加到2023财年的2210万令吉（2023年报第79页）。

a）请提供涉及减值亏损的子公司名字。

b）为什么2023财年的减值亏损大增？

c）公司将采取什么措施，来确保子公司的减值亏损不再发生或增加？

2.集团逾期61-90天的的贸易应收款项和合约资产，从2022财年的96万0989令吉增加到2023财年的181万3720令吉（年报第140页）。

a）基于未偿还数额大增，请问集团在回收逾期61-90天的贸易应收款项面对什么困难？

b）这些逾期未还的客户是谁？什么背景？

c）至今，回收了多少？

Profit still maintain. Normally after bonus issue, they won’t publish good quarter result. They control the result and share price. Now only thing just keep for long term.

The cash generated from operation has been heavily divert to ppe purchase since 2021.
The revenue is flat while profit is declining.
FY24 they generate 60mil cash from operation then spend 60 mil on ppe, whomever is the ppe supplier is making a great sales year from krono. During agm, did anyone ask any of the director or principal officer has any direct or indirect interest in their ppe supplier?
If FY25 profit flat, decline further or marginable growth that mean their business model is obsolete.
FY25 is a deciding year for Krono management to show huge revenue and profit growth , if otherwise then is another talk big no performance management.

The growth had stagnant and start declining. The cash they earned over the years has been dumped to buy ppe.
The management is good with the language they use, talk a lot without showing results.
Malaysia data center is booming while China is spending big on AI and data, yet Krono till now the profit still not following this booming trend.
