@bluffisfree, i choose to take out my investment and only retain my profit for long term, as if it is free shares. i recommend this approach if u want to minimise your risk and still enjoy the long ride.
qualification for this approach is that u should have decent return on percentage already, 30% above can start to consider if u dont want to take too much risk, especially the market is volatile and u want the money to keep hunting.

already sell at 0.63 to take back my gross investment. the profit just leave there to roll~30 % profit so far.

where do u find that the cost overrun is due to steel price and cement price....@@
According to the qr notes, under section "review of performance", it was clearly stated that the cost overrun in 2 parts. 18.5 million losses due to delay and idling costs of 2 infrastructure projects and 15.4 million in property development. (reason not mentioned for property development)
my point is we still have no idea whether the idling costs problem being sorted out, and of course the property development, we dont have much info why the costs increase so much. maybe u r right about material costs.
but still have one infrastructure thing to bear in mind

next qr not necessarily will be good as not sure which project cause the overrun costs and whether the particular projects are resumed.

i think not directly affected, government cancel agreement with CCCC, not cancel the ECRL.
in other words, ECRL could still carry on but not carried out by CCCC.
I have no idea about how much contract Econbhd would get if CCCC was to carry out, or how much would it get if the new company takeover.

genm did not declare dividend in q3. so its normal. im sure dividend will be declared next qr

coming soon.

genm will end 2018 with 3.10 - 3.20.
after 1H2019 >3.7
they will soon realize actually eps not affected so badly by the tax and impairment after the first qr in 2019. so the price will shoot up from there.
