correct me if i'm wrong, the rcps can be converted to shares when it reach maturity in 2 years time right ? its not that they can convert immediately and sell after subscribe to rcps

KOLOKIUM STEM 2019

Merupakan satu daripada usaha meningkatkan kemahiran dan kebolehan guru dalam bidang STEM, Kolokium Pendidikan STEM Kebangsaaan 2019 telah diadakan di Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Kampus Gambang, Pahang. Kolokium telah disempurnakan oleh Menteri Pendidikan, YB Dr. Maszlee Malik hari ini.

Bertujuan bagi meningkatkan kompetensi, pengetahuan dan kemahiran guru bagi memantapkan PdP berkaitan mata pelajaran STEM, Kolokium Pendidikan STEM ini turut memberikan maklumat terkini berkaitan kerjaya STEM untuk disebar luas kepada murid. Di samping itu ia juga bertujuan mewujudkan rangkaian kerjasama antara penggubal dasar, ahli akademik, pendidik, kaunselor, agensi kerajaan dan bukan kerajaan berkongsi ilmu pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam melaksanakan program berkaitan pendidikan STEM dan berkongsi amalan terbaik dalam menjayakan pendidikan STEM.

Ketika menyampaikan ucapan, YB Dr. Maszlee berkata universiti merupakan hab penghubung kepada masyarakat dalam pendidikan. "Kita berharap dengan berkembangnya bidang STEM, kita mampu memberikan pendidikan yang menepati tonggak revolusi Industri 4.0 ini. Hal ini bertepatan dengan pekerjaan masa hadapan yang lebih luwes, tangkas, berangkaian dan saling berhubung", tambah beliau.

Turut hadir pada majlis perasmian berkenaan Ketua Pengarah Pendidikan Tinggi, YBhg Datin Paduka Ir Dr Siti Hamisah Tapsir; Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Pelajaran Malaysia, YBrs Dr. Habibah Abdul Rahim dan Naib Canselor UMP, Profesor Ir Dr Wan Azhar Wan Yusoff.

IMHO, with 600 million units of rcps, the share price must rise to more than 30 sen before the maturity in 2 years time so that investor will be interested to convert to mother share.

Education based theme park sounds great. maybe 1st in Malaysia ? and also located at tourist attraction area in PD ?

Tanco is the land lessor for eduspec. just for information. one thing i know that bonus issue is good. others need to ask expert
