还有看照片，已经建到顶楼了，我家附近的Penang Sentral，之前盖到顶楼，之后内部装横用一、两个月就建好了。如果股价是因为延迟完工而下跌，这个 反而是蛮好的趁底吸纳的机会~

通常都是巴士站里面的会较容易出租，因为人流都在巴士站里面嘛，外围的店铺反而较难出租~
