Call Shareworks and get a conversion form, it stated clearly inside..

2 PA change mother without additional cash (aka 2 free 1), 1 PA add 0.025 get 1 mother. Period.

@cksam: I am 120% sure, I called Shareworks this morning....

MPlus and Kenanga told me, client will do it by themselves, usually take 10 days.
The steps as below:
1. Get the the conversion form and fill it up,
2. Prepare bank draft and processing cheque RM21.20 pay to Shareworks
3. Send the form and bank draft to Sharworks
4, Wait for 8 to 10 days then check you CDS account.

Below is excerpt from the conversion form.

"Conversion Mode:
The ICPS may be converted into new Shares at the Conversion Price in the following manner :
(i) by surrendering for cancellation the ICPS with an aggregate issue price of the ICPS equivalent to the Conversion Price, subject to a minimum of 1 ICPS and a maximum of 2 ICPS for every 1 new Share ;or
(ii) By paying the difference between the aggregate issue price of ICPS surrendered and the Conversion Price, if any, in cash for every 1 new Share"

Which means 2x XOX-PA can change 1 mother without additional fee.. BUT for 1x PA you can just add up 0.025 to get 1 mother, current price is 0.12 + 0.025 = RM0.145 ONLY!!!
Processing fee = RM21.20 included SST.

Anyone bought XOX-PA? The subscription is just add 0.025 sen to exchange one mother share, now PA 0.125 + 0.025 = 0.150, but mother is 0.20, look like a damn good deal! Any comment?
