I think they need a EGM to pass the member resolution to proceed with the acquisition and propose right issue (stated on AGM special resolution) to raise more fund to pay to salamander. I think the retail investor has misunderstanding what sona is doing now..

there must be some story between sona shareholder and salamander. might be for some fund manager is switching sona share to salamander because salamander share is keep going up.
