I believed the margin could be due to contracts that they are having. Since this is a service providing company, sometimes the margin on certain project could be really good but some maybe low due to competition or client squeezing. Increasing revenue is a good sign but have to monitor more on the report what causes the profit dropped.

Guys, this share is like your FD. Keep for long term. Short term you will not see any benefit including price movement. If you look at Gadang 2017, except the beginning of the year the price went up to today level, it has always maintain at this level till now ( i am looking at year). However it gives you 3 sens dividen for what you are holding. That is reasonable and most important you know they will not go bankrupt in few years. Also the management doesn't sounds like the type where they are looking to sell their company to make quick money. They have also venture into Energy and utility field which makes them less dependent on Construction (majority of the job are from government infrastructure which can be exausted really quick) or property development. They have spend 10 years to build up utility division, after 10 years only have such tiny result. So it is good that the Tan Sri Kok Onn have this vision because it is not easy to build utility supply. Another example of such company is YTL. took them so many years and money to have power plant business. So be patient and short term you will not see huge gain.

Strange. The offer price in star was 23.5 sen per share to take over the 61% stake of VXL where majority of the share collected was at 16 sen. So the edge could be wrong in saying the offer price was 16 sen. If it is 16 sen, I am VXL, I rather throw everything into the market and let them collect I can make more. Why sell it to him
