Road blocks can also be placed by sharks/syndicate creating psychological effect to shake down weak holders in both buy/sell slot. Earlier 21 mil blocked were taken down under a minute. With 90%+ buying rate they had bought in at 0.16 & 0.165, I have a feeling this time round it will move higher.
