Extremely well planned dumping!!! multiple proposal submitted immediate after 2nd last trading day of warrant!! what happened to those sold? got some activities in Chin related companies i.e. Blitz Tower and etc? margin of Stellar Residences, more in ARBB or more in psiptek?
Estimated revenue for psiptek 15million from stellar residence? and another 15million from another block? but on 30million, the rest how? per boss style.....coming QTR revenue shall be greater than 70million!!!
Still waiting to see who is the buyer for the boss's warrant? is boss so good buy high sell low?...lol...many Jaynetan and ncm88? any opinion?

i think change hand so as easier to operate later on....they need really holding very very big % to move share up, if not 1billion pa not an easy job...this is what i guess!!! if pressing down resulted in low warrant conversion if good sign...hopefully it is their intention...
basically both are not good counter after very very in depth study,,the biggest issue being recent ARBB price move highly correlate to Yuetai price movement...I have a lot a lot of suspicious...they could have already made 1st round gain through pressing down the price!!!
Worst case would be press the price even lower than change the mutiple proposal or abandon the proposal then announce take private offer!!

ncm88, many people are trapped, psychologically suffering, please understand their feeling why they keep shouting asking the price to go up despite the fact it is impossible!!! operators are merely using their psychology to trap them more!!! I am empathy yet the most difficult part in life in to let go the pain, therefore psychologically operators give them hope periodically can trap them more...
they cant accept the true yet come to attack those who tell them the true....

GENTLE REMINDER:- good and bad!!!
Good point 1 :- coming quarter revenue sure up, estimate 25-30million, however, gross profit margin will drop as at least 15million of revenue will come from Stellar Residences sub contract. The rest will be revenue from ERP. Estimate sub contract gross profit max @ 5% ERP can get gp of 45-55%!!
Good point 2:- low debt!!!
Good point 3:- boss is a super smart man!!!
Bad point 1:- ERP contract details are not easy to substantiate (sorry I can further elaborate), moreover risk of recoverability of ERP revenue may getting higher as a big customer is Tatan, Cambodia!!! Sorry to say I have too much suspicious on their ERP business!!
Bad point 2:- no most subtantial contract announcement for months oredi!!!..the sub-con of Stellar Residences from PSIPTEK is not a quality revenue!!!..quality revenue is important!!!....big investor buy future cash flow....no move news on new future cash flow for months
Bad point 3:- as a prudent investor, P/E cannot be calculated solely based on issued mother share...a diluted P/E must be calculated as well...obviously diluted P/E is above 10 and is far too high for current revenue mix of ARBB
Bad point 4:- no focus for the business!!! everything they want to do, from ERP to water filter to water meter to subcon and etc....yet customers are either small or in cambodia or related to problematic yuetai!!!
Bad point 5:- 2018 mother share only 70million, and 2019 june-july around 130million but now 230million? simple form 5 mathematic you know how much maximum the share price can go!!!
Bad point 6:- from book the debt looks low!! but why low? because bank now willing to lent money to them? therefore open up super big PA conversion arbitrage gain? which cost higher?

masterus, we cant look at the NTA on surface, majority of the NTA made up of the amount owing from contract customer, which is a low quality asset which is having high risk of being written off!!! Foo dare no to tke legal action perhaps due to the background of those customer!!!....we need to ask them to disclose....we need a group to be strong!!!

Those stocks which are fundamentally weak perhaps the target of operators...but we need to investigate who are those operators (see what happended to vsolar, minda, sch, mnc and etc)...
anyway, be frank, psiptek fundamentally are not strong...if you closely look at the quarterly for past few years, you shall noted that they are surviving based on bank borrowing, per latest multiple proposal, the borrowing cost could be as high as 7.7%!!! somemore with some of those customer delay payment, you can see the amount owing from contract customers are unreasonable high!!!! these may be the reason stock being dumped!!!!
from another more horrible perspective, knowing the fundamental weaknesses, operators might purposely pressed down the price so as warrant bcum a useless paper!!!! this may persist until warrant expiry date!!! can be good and can be bad!!!!
but we need to form a group, so as our voices can be heard!!! there are some weaknesses in multiple proposal...if anyone interested to be part of the watch group...please reply here...we see how to move on!!!
