AAX price was down because of rights issue, if same thing happen to AAB, then other share holders will have right to buy the new shares as well.. other major shareholders will likely take it to prevent dilution of share holding
anyway, unlikely AAB to issue rights issue as currently they do not need extra cash..

guys.. the forex losses are not realised.. its unrealised losses from AA borrowings in USD.. the loans are not term yet.. so it is only losses on paper because of high USD.. AA can choose to refinance the loan to rationalize it in future or if the ringgit strengthen back against USD, the losses might even turn into gain.. nobody can predict the future
at the end, AA is still growing in terms of passengers carried n numbers of aircraft.. demand is still strong.. operating profit from core business is still up!
