That's just we small retail chickos are buying amd selling....when the big boys start to let go (which will happen anytime when there is a trigger)...then u can see at least another 10-15% down. RM 0.89 is my guess...but will not be very far from that.

Please look at the trade detail shorty....majority of trade at 0.905 (VWAP=0.906)....at 450pm 100 shares change hand at 0.93 and you fall for that?

takashi....must really have long term view here. YTLP is not sitting on huge cash pile. it's engulfed in huge debt levels....and will have to pay hefty interest which eats into their profit and EPS.

Maiden dividend was RM0.01--it was for 2 months (Feb & Mar'17); what will be the payout for rest of the year?
I am going by assumption that can get RM0.015 per quarter; so by end of 2017 will get RM0.055 (RM0.015 x3 quarters + RM 0.01)
There is a 10% witholding tax, so actual dividend will be received RM 0.0495/share
At RM 0.92 the DY is 5.38% DY :)

Will go to RM1.35 - then can buy :)
