Distribution Phase my friends. It will sideline and once awhile spike up to attract more fish then after 6 month it will start drop until normal. Sometimes may take years.

Someone will ask if that area so great why NME want to share with MCT. The answer is NME was fuck up financially over last 10 years(almost 0 cashflow) and unable to explore(drilling) thus give the opportunity to MUIP and MCT.

MUIP have timely convert their convertible note to NME share last year(not yet officially issued by NME) while MCT JV for the Drilling.

Warren Buffett also invest in gold mining company! We just need to patient with small bet no need sailang. Want to sailang go invest in NICE.

MCT and NME are partner now with 51:49 whatever gold found underground. However MCT need to spend AUD5m for the drilling program to verify how much gold underground and NME no need to fork out any money for this.
Currently under the second phase of drilling program MCT will announce the result batch by batch each week so that you can evaluate the gold underground.
MUIP will own around 35% NME(recently increase of share issued by NME) after the convertible note converted to NME share which is on coming General shareholder meeting in October.

The advantages of this is you can bet small and earn big if the result of the drilling are favorable (since MUIP still have plenty of cash and asset).
You can slowly increase the bet as the result is out. Eventually the favorable drilling result + higher gold price will give multiplier effect on MUIP share price.

How the contra-trade-ban will affect you? If bank implement contra-ban those with:
1. not enough cash to trade - cannot buy
2. not enough cash+margin - cannot buy
3. Margin call - cannot buy

I know what you are saying but you must not confuse target price and stock valuation price!
Target price is mean to be short term valuation for the share price to hit the say target but not mean to stay for long period of time! (A lot of time it just reach short of the TP. Very risky but achievable)

Stock valuation price should be view and Stock price in normal trading without bias of short term benefit(such as favourable market condition) I think this is what philip looking at most of the time. (Very safe but still have risk)

Have you all think about why you all still hold supermax since Share Price rm24 reach ? Slowly cook frog don't know how to jump out.

Maybe you are what you say lol!
