This is a real undervalued counter with potential to hit 1.20++++ easily by year end.

My personal TP is 1.30 but if you look at the NTA for mother share and with 20% discount, mother share is worth say RM 2.45 so with RM 1 conversion rate, I would say fair price would be above 1.40 for WC.

This is a growth stock just like Pintaras. Why need to worry about UMA?

What I learnt is that you gotta buy and hold. Not good for contra. I kept Encorp-WA for more than 2 months before it sky rocketed! I am expecting August to be a month of reckoning for PJDEv

Does OLH need to make a public statement he intends to merge both property companies? Of course not because the moment he does, people will chase up the stock. He is a smart guy and knows what to do.

Guys, one is the expected merger of PJDEV and. OSKProp. After selling his stake in RHb, Datuk Ong will be without a business. Hence he will want to focus on property. OSK Property has moved up so naturally , PJdev will follow suit. Also there is consensus that 2nd quarter results to be released in August will be good. According to my sifu, OTB TP for PJDEV is more than 1.30++++ at discounted value. CIMB and RHB will merge in 2 months time, so imagine the potential. Datuk Ong will use the proceeds from the RHB sale to buy up PJDev.

Looks like it is a waiting game. We still have the whole of August

Just to share some information. F&N is a cash and asset rich company. The section 13 land is being developed currently which will be good for revenue. Their beverage business is growing rapidly especially 100 Plus which has more than 85% of the market share. Expecting stellar results.
