My 2 cents opinion in TSH :

Positive:
1. Nett cash position
2. Recent management change could be the booster for better performance ahead.
3. There are risk for Nusantara, but the upcoming Vice President is Jokowi son.
4. The aborted land deal can bring in more catalyst in future.

Negative
1. FFB and PK production is stagnant.
2. Low profile management that hardly catch investor interest.
3. Low trading volume.
4. Low Dividend payout and yield.

hopefully EPS 5.5 sen, Dividend 4 sen

now at least stabalize. Hopefully at least to return to RM0.65 and above

so far really weird. Never see major shareholder discharge yet, but the volume is huge and pressing down. With current price, all become loser even factor in the dividend. Hmm, maybe is purposely press down to collect more share for coming manipulation. Ridiculous

using keyword "vietnam property 2023 recovery" in google, many expect the sector will recover by end of 23 or Q2 24, so maybe we need be bit patient and look at how it perform.
