strange, nice QR and EPF keep acquire, but price kep heading south unlike other plantation counter.

seem slowly creeping up. Unlike Jtiasa and TSH, this stock is really quite and less volume..

So tomorrow market will appreciate the QR or the other way. hmm.

My 2 cents opinion in TSH :

Positive:
1. Nett cash position
2. Recent management change could be the booster for better performance ahead.
3. There are risk for Nusantara, but the upcoming Vice President is Jokowi son.
4. The aborted land deal can bring in more catalyst in future.

Negative
1. FFB and PK production is stagnant.
2. Low profile management that hardly catch investor interest.
3. Low trading volume.
4. Low Dividend payout and yield.

hopefully EPS 5.5 sen, Dividend 4 sen

using keyword "vietnam property 2023 recovery" in google, many expect the sector will recover by end of 23 or Q2 24, so maybe we need be bit patient and look at how it perform.
