as for uoa and twrreits, their return is sweet enough, i wont bother find out their moat. But.. since reits is property, and property is all about location, you can spot it using this direction.

as for kfima tasco inari deleum ytl hsl dialog kpj, sorry , not much moat in all of this company, but their figure it pretty enough for me to put it on my watchlist. Some annual return(dividend) of the above companies is pretty sweet too , given you bought at the right price.

kcchong, seriously.. stop talking about the free cash flow.. if you like a company with huge load of fcf, just simply pick one of the china shoe company , it ALL will match your requirement.

i use EPS x sector average PE to determine the share price.

such as i expect pwroot eps would be 0.1127 this year, and the sector average PE, i put it at 15, which i think is quite low for a food&beverages company, because look dlady, nestle , fnn , even oldtown, they now trade at a very high PE.

so, 0.1127*15 = 1.69

ideally.. if the growth keep going up or never go down, i have no plan to sell it at all.

you want i recommend good stocks? okay.. fat cat is very generous 1..

seriously, a high PE ratio stock doesnt means it is overvalued if the income growth could be double or triple in the following years.

in contrast , a low PE ratio stock doesnt really means it is undervalued.

instead using PE, you have to use PEG as well.

and talk about business moat , what moat kfima having? i seriously have no idea at all.

but, my interpret of moat is, moat = business secret.

such as KFC secret recipe , coca cola recipe, mcdonald marketing etc etc.

so.. power roots = tongkat ali, kaccip fatimah , and their very good marketing.

and for .. harta, they are the leader in glove sector, they are the best, even topglove have to curi their patent.

this is the moat which i think what buffett gor really trying to tell us.

kfima ESOS at 1.48-9? if they sell at 1.73 , that is still a 16% gain, think about it, dont put too many egg in one basket , especially you know earthquake(GE) is about to happen.
