Which business now is no competition and no cycle? Everyone buy share that link with US dollar strength company and one day rigggit will back to normal and then everyone is start worry again.

There is cycle in every business. They have so many years in retail segment and property management segment and prove that they are capable to handle tough situation.
They have past through various cycle in their many years of business. So less worry.

Profit very less in their retail segment. Their main core business is Property management. Means they built mall and rent to Tenant is their main competency. Maybe future they have their REIT share.

Put your concentration back on company but not share price too much...

This quarter lower due to their delay in launching project. Next quarter will better.

2016 1Q Result Out...as estimated..low profit compare previous but this is normal as new project is delay. Start accumulating this quarter and will have better result in next quarter.

Why chao while i can hold it long time..

Estimates the result is lower due to gst and start launching of project at first quarter of this year report. But who knows the managing is capable to get more Sales past few months.
Other influence included currency and imdb issue. Hope solve it urgently or else market getting worst. Wish our bank negara come out solution for it soon.

Means their share is undervalue for Director and maybe their future earning is getting better soon...

Now they targets to concentrate on property business and strike to be Big-Capital property company in bursa malaysia in future.

This company had been largest shareholders to BUMI ARMADA BERHAD in past time but same reason due to financial crisis they let go their share to get some cash for pay debts.
Their share price in past time is about RM9 in that time...

Lembah Beringin area is badly affected due to 1998 financial crisis.
They force to stop develop it due to financial reason at that time.

But there is more important development in KL & Seremban area which will increase their revenue too.
They are looking for long term recurrent income that would be a consistent income in future.
That is a good news for shareholders as the income would be consistent and predicable.

Well the company performance not really depend on currency or macro economics. Sometime it solely because of profits.

The more it goes down...the more attractive of this stock...as i say....better it slump until RM0.01..i will use all my money to invest...

Very Attractive Price

When the downtrend not coz of company matter, and the fundamental of company still exist, i think we can invest it.
But when the downtrend is coz of company (eps, etc), we still hold the share and valuate if the future of company still good for invest or not.

u think country like that then all company will bankrupt? If u think so then u better take all your money and migrate to other country...
