The fundamental Way (that myself use):

1) THE MANAGEMENT (the most important factor)
Good management will make their product / services best seller and profitable to company.

Good product but bad management - worst result (example: china stationery limited CSL)
Bad Product but good management - Good result (example: l&g used to have bad place in
Sri Damansara when take over the company as its location and environment is bad but now
thay have make their place famous for residence and commercial place.)

2) THE PRODUCTS / SERVICES (2nd important factor)
Whether the goods / services can be best seller or acceptable for all consumer or not.
The products got any cycle period or not - example mobile phone/IT products.

3) Financial Balance Sheet (3rd important factor)
Must be healthy but not necessary debt free.
In terms of business world, debts lower the cost & risk.
Understanding a company balance sheet is just a starting point for investment but not the end.

Just my opinion and sharing to everyone. Any error please rectify me.

Why u so sure

If you read the annual reports, you can know that they have land in Tebrau Johor, Kedah, Seremban, Selangor...and they have joint venture project in Australia.

Please note that Lembaga Tabung Haji is 2nd largest shareholders

4th shareholders i guess he is Tan Sri..and got foreign fund buy in too..

Why high volume last few days

Is a cycle period for property sector to have revenue up and down as they have unbilled sales every quarters for their progress of projects they built.

But what L&G doing now is to buy property and rent it for Monthly Recurring Revenue. (stable rental every month) in addition to launch its projects to get profits.

They have lots of cash now and when time is coming, they will buy land bank or joint venture with others / largest shareholders (Mayland)

The time i wait until Rm0.335 i dun have enough money to buy. Now i got the money already RM0.40 :(

I thinkk this coming quarter resullt not bad coz all funds buying at average RM2.70

I think Astoria Ampang already done piling recently when launching many months ago..

As i know Astroria Ampang will start construction this month and their revenue source mainly from Deposits of all the projects including foresta phase 2 and Sena Parc Seremban.

Please tell me if im wrong.

I found that some article link L&G in the paragraph not coz of this company.
They wrongly interpret the wordings L&G as (Liquify & Gas)

This stock should value at RM0.80 at least...

I think that time the price from RM0.335 shoot up to RM0.40 is act of EPF

Soros u do something behind to cause the price high?

Most ppl in stock market are speculator instead of investors.
That why stock price are tend to be downstreams / stock price hard to be upstreams in short term because once they have some profit they will sell it.

P/s: some investors now only see L&G company name

Foreign investors buy a lot on 22, 25 and 26th of july. Lowest of that day was RM2.60 - RM2.62.
If they bought this low price now they have earn and prepare if they sell !
