LTAT had acquired 40,000 of its own stock, I wonder why?

860000, I thought last day on 24.5?

It's really a value buy right now, for every 1000 shares bought, you are gonna get additional 400 shares end of the day when they issue the bonus of 2:5. The actual price of current stock is about 2.35, lower than the value of proposed rights, I wonder how this could happened if not every one are so bear on this counter. What do u think?

This article is slightly late， maybe the author bought heavily into Mreit. Its share price could decrease as much as 20% ...not all ppl can absorb this volatility, my 6cent..

The comment from the developer was not making any sense... they should reduce the price instead going to that direction

Good sharing, I believe there are a lot "investor" have problem on holding on their cash...I might be one of them :-) however, I found a way out, put your cash to repay my housing loan. Another advantage of doing this, I can take out the cash when the cheap sale coming....cheers~~

Hello bsngpg, thanks for your sharing. Even when the stock trade at ~6, it's still look expensive to me. Agree with you on its better efficiency compare to other glove counters --> reflect on its profit margin. However, please take note it's profit margin shows a decreasing trend since the last 6 quarters. Also, its SharePrice/NTA is almost highest among the glove counters, to me, the risk is high :-)

Now is the best time to accumulate? Do you/anybody know why the share price of this stock is much more expensive than other counters at PER~21?

My personal POV: It's a bad counter for those who are on short term. For long term....it is a good one. High debt might scare away some of the investor, but if you can generate more than what you owe in the near future, why not? :-)
