hengyuan acquire shell at 51% at RM1.92 . Now the share price RM9 , still long way to dump till botak ahead.

why it call euro 4 ... euro pean use. the standard or spec is not same with RON95&97 standard. most of the ron we use can cause country pollution. european country care about pollution and the standard/spec is very tight. hengyuan can't produce as the upgarde is waste of time and money. If the export to european is fail then hengyuan will making trouble with Q1 report.

euro 4 requirement a standard in order to export to european union. Hengyuan is dig in gulf of mexico which the sulfate is very hard to produce euro4 standard. it upgrade equipment for 3 times but still failling to produce it. it cause a lot of money and i think this week is the last attempt , if they fail Q1 will reporting losses
