if I m not not mistaken, dutalnd owns 58% of Kenny hill. Thus, sales proceeds 150m x 58%= 87m. Shoulnt this one off gain should show in the dutaland profit and loss? Can anybody help to clarify on this? many thanks!

why proceeds from the disposal of Kenny Hill land ( around 150m) was not reflected in the current quarterly results? Anybody knows why? Many thanks!
