(3) OWG will have an EXTREMELY good results in Nov 2016 and break RM3.00 with full earnings coming from KOMTAR with its official launch and another positive CIMB report.

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 3.6% to the 5-day VWAP of OWG Shares up to and including 29 January 2016, being the market day immediately prior to the Price Fixing Date of RM2.2822 per OWG Share.

Average of five days is RM2.2822 and 3.6% discount is RM2.20. So the RM2.20 is already a discounted price. OWG never give 10% discount, only 3.6% discount.

Strange, unlike Vivocom and Evergreen, OWG don't have to get Bursa approval first before deciding on the price fixing day and the placement shares price. They straight away decide on the price fixing day and the placement shares price.

So now we know that the share price will not fall below RM2.20.

Pasaran minyak West Texas terus jatuh daripada US31.30 kepada US31.10. Takut ia menjejaskan sentimen pasaran seluruh dunia.

But oil falls, ringgit will fall and export stocks will rise again.

If each day US Crude Oil falls USD1.50, then by this Friday, it will be USD27.00. Everyday from tomorrow till Friday KLCI also drop.

If oil continues to be like this, the overall market is badly affected.

Why so volatile? Whole KLCI depends on oil. Now Brent only USD35.10

Last time Vivocom and Evergreen only took 2 days time to summit their private placement to Bursa but why OWG needs to take one month time? I think they really need the money at the price RM2.50.

I think it will move sideway between RM2.21 to RM2.29 just like from 27 Sep 2015 to 9 Oct 2015 but it will eventually go up as it approaches its 2nd quarter results on 25 Feb 2016. Don't forget they will control the timeline to summit their private placement to Bursa Securities so that the price they get is right (RM2.50). Dateline is 17 Feb 2016 (1 month after they proposed on 18 Jan 2016).

I think next two weeks can top up some. Volume of OWG is going to be extremely low because of coming CNY holidays. Let's say queue from RM2.21 to RM2.25. Getting ready for its 2nd quarter results.

Marcus Chan says OWG will double in price end of this year. That means RM2.25 becomes RM4.50. Starting from February 2016, every month must go up by 20 sen. Possible or not? OTB says DJIA won't crash in a presidential election year.
