30c means RM300? if yes, say buy at RM1.09, returns 300/1090 = 27%, if this calculation is correct then it is really a good buy.

taji, hope you do not mind i share this with you. Buying share is not just buy and just hope it to go up immediately and take profit. At miminum, you need to know what is this company doing?, is the company has the fundamental?, is this company making money? what is the company profit and wheather has the potential to go up & etc. some mimimum reseach/homework is required. Buy share with extra cash and never go for contra if you have no holding power. If you have the confident in the company and the price drop, you hold to it and wait for it to perform. Good Luck.

Just bought this morning at 0.225 ^-^

I openned a gold investment account with PBB in year 2008, the price was ranging from RM80+ to RM90+ per gram. 2 or 3 years later, sold at RM130+ as thougth it would not goes up furhter.

How about silver? 1 oz of gold = USD1.5k - 1.6k, silver only USD27+ to 28+... additionally silver has more industry usage than gold.

If this is real, normally how the market react? up or dowm?

I havent sold my CB, let see how tomorrow, if price is good then will let go. Althought seem like can go furhter but not to take the risk.

Do not really understand, why they kill son CB, they should kill mother as with the current price of 2.40, the cash settlement is 2.40 - 2.08 = 0.32/4 = 0.08, with the son's current price of 0.07, they still need to pay 0.01 cent more. Am i right?

I find MNRB ok, with good dividend of 20% and undervalue insurance company (NAV at RM4+)...just wonder why still traded at RM2+?

This is my EPF investment account, fund from EPF can either invest in the Unit Trust or equity, so i select equity. initally i self managed but after that find better let the fund manager to manage since in either anyway also need to pay for the management fees. on top of that, i have my account that i trade by using cash, i bought this counter also at RM1.29. so far my fund manager ok, managed to made 104% in 3 years which the returns is much better than EPF. partly may due to the right timing in entry point.

Has the potential in this company, my fund manager invested my fund in this counter, average purchase at 1.3+, -ve returns for quite some time but still 'hold' on to it, so i believe the fund manager is waiting for the counter to perform, just the matter of time. Good luck to all.

Do not understand why seller want to sell low when the market and Takaful is up???.

Hi Samuel, from my understanding, when CB expired, there will be some cash settlement for it right? if managed to get CB at low price and the mother share price is good, then still able to make some profit, is my understanding correct? Thanks.
