Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 27 April 2020 in relation to the Offer.



In accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules, the Board has appointed MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd as Independent Adviser to advise the non-interested directors and shareholders of the Company, on the fairness and reasonableness of the Offer. The appointment is subject to clearance of eligibility by Securities Commission Malaysia.



Datuk Teo Tiew (Group Executive Chairman), Dato’ Lim Ooi Hong (Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer) and Lee Wee Kiat (Executive Director) who are deemed interested in the Offer have abstained and will continue to abstain from all deliberations and decisions of the Board in relation to the Offer.



The Board (save for Datuk Teo Tiew, Dato’ Lim Ooi Hong and Lim Wee Kiat) also wishes to announce that it does not intend to seek another person to make an alternative take-over offer.

So not interested on the offer !!

Rather selling to the buyer better sell to market lo . Simple. This is nothing . I don't get it y u al so panic selling. Even though after people saw the news and sell on panic stil price maintain at 0.17-0.180 ma . In 1-3 days they price will slowly climb up once the shareholders understand
