This could be close to the ideal time to buy. MH17 was just just a black-swan event, a statistical aberration. In my opinion, statistically and managerially, MAS will be in better shape than before the two crashes. Worst case scenario, the break-up value is surely more than 0.20!

A merger with one of the other ASEAN carriers might be the best solution.
