What Hubline experience is only temporary "business cycle" just like other business have up and down. Do you you they have been doing restructuring for the last 3-4 years. So chances of coming to PN17 is slim because restructuring is already started... 3-4 years ago.

What they are doing is good .... come clean by declaring .... qrt loses because of this and that
then come clean by declaring selling lose unit and concentrating on making money unit.

If I am the banker or supplier , i will at least give it a hard though on Hubline because their case is worth to consider...for them to try to restructure.

I am back as agreed I will tell my side of story from Papua New Guinea who Iris is venturing to Property. Ready for this .... in Papua New Guinea a normal ... house or apartment rental is
RM2,000 a WEEK.... not month but week... so that is RM8,000 a month.. That is only minimum scale .... high end ...... RM3,000 average a week.

That is all investor in Iris need to know... so in 2017 when housing project in Papua New Guinea
for Iris completed ... the rental is ... will be much more.... because there is not enough land to build... in Port Moreby... a country who have the LNG and gold and silver and oil country.

Many company have flocked to Papua New Guinea. Iris is one of them.

GST for me is really bonus... In Malaysia.. it is big new that will propel Iris shares beyond RM1.00
to RM 2.00 based on potential income in GST.. but in 2017 the business of PNG will add income to IRIS and will propel the share to beyond RM3.00 ..... and more..

How many vessel is for dry bulk carriers & tugs and Barges( oils & gas)
What the plan for remaining vessel on dry bulk. Sell to who and how much for one vessel if sold.
What the plan for proceed when the vessel is sold. Pay debt and working capital and buy new bulk vessel ?

Next to analyst ... who will be the potential buyer.. of this vessel ?
Is the dry bulk vessel business under one subsidiary , tug & bugs under one subsidary and
container vessel under one subsidiary ?

If that is so easy , just sell the loss making container vessels and it business as one subsidiary
while remaining too remain.

If that is not so , then group it as such and sell the loss making container vessels subsidiary.

Remaining two ( bulk and tug) nurture to growth....making money right ?

very simple restructuring... in fact already restructed because already announce will closed ( or sell) the container vessel business by 30.09.15... only we need more details.

So what the issue no issue ... just come clean and tell the banker , supplier , creditor those who want to delist the company and salvage the company.... what the proceed if they sell the container vessels. Would they be enough to cover debts and for working capital.

Presume sell 20 vessels out of 37 . How much ... just say RM 8,000,000 a vessel x 20 =
RM 160,000,000. Would there be enough to settle debt 50% plus working capital. Someone calculated sell value 50M a vessel ?

With above , how many think Hubline will survive ? I think so.

Hubline container business loss is because of the economic nothing to do with management.
MISC sold container business too say cannot stand anymore... at last hubline have to do the same.... economic circumstances we cannot control... just like oil who will know it wil drop until this level.. no one.

So at this point all of us have to make decision.

90 days to decide. Hopefully a good outcome. It is good that they come clean by stating there will be be a write off of RM 350,000,000. At least all of us can compute the value oursleves.

The positive point i view , is the write off RM350,000,000 is sure already as they have already concluded to sell this business to someone ? or the write off is the entire value of the assets of Hubline subsidiary ? What if they manage to sell some of the assets just say recovers RM100,000,000 from the selling of assets or converting the existing ships into bulk carrier so that all the ship become bulk carrier ship ? and sell some bulk carrier ship after conversion.

So what the story. At this moment we are just taking the write off of RM350,000,000 at face value. All gone . the assets is not worth one cents when sells. What if the above i write is true.

They have plan .... that would be review soon.

Please other shares as at this point we must make important decision.

Do a research on bulk shipping which Hubline is concentrating on. What the potential ?
Misc yesterday said they intent to buy 5 x vessel for bulk shipping why ?
MISC also exit from container shipping.

Hubline job right now is to convince the bank , creditors and other party that there is still hope as they still own the bulk business. Yes this year is tight and does not look good on financial report
but if they get though this wave and able to convince the the banker , supplier and creditors not to wind up within 90 days... that will be battle won.

In 90 days , they just need convince "them" the bulk business potential and their cash fllow and
the present contract with their present vessel.

Management said ..... they need to protect shareholders interest.

Judging form the shares price all these year , they have never attempt to goreng to make quick money , so that they can go for quick retirement when the issue of winding up is bought up.

In fact the director sell at lost too... consolidate his fund and maybe buy back like us ...
or maybe getting ready for new shareholders..
