Okay now the real matter,
At this rate Supermx have high chances to enter KLCI group by the end of November. Current market value ald overtake most of the KLCI company. Company now have zero debt, they manage to clear all the current debt. if they do so they become fully cash flow company. Good sign.

Judging from the outperform result, the sales might lagged behind the ASP ald. In the other word, the production within these three months are reflected to order made on March. We all known that peak ASP is around July, Aug. Here are my assumption (Need further verify)
Q4 - March, April ASP (April-June Production)
F1 - April, May, June ASP (July-Sept Production)
F2 - June, July, Aug ASP (Oct-Dec Production)


But none of us really known how much order they recieved within each month. So all these are assumption. The one i can guarantee is supermax is going to create record high PAT continuously for two to three QRs.

Hi all sifus here, wanted to ask how much nett profit needed by Supermax in latest QR in order to be at least rm24?

TBH not much, Let said

2020Q3 = 70m
2020F4 = 150m
2021F1 = 600m
2021F2 = 800m

Foward PE will be 20.14, which is right on the edge for RM24.



As you can see my prediction is way behind the others, all are predicting 400m, 500m or even higher. lets said they manage to earn additional 100m each QR:
2020Q3 = 70m
2020F4 = 250m
2021F1 = 700m
2021F2 = 900m

Foward PE will be 17, which lead up a estimated TP of RM28 (PE 20)


For me, 150m is my original estimation. I do raised my forecast earning little bit. Following two QR remain unchange. Still have growth potential. The next thing to focus is the prospect of the company, if they mentioned ASP still raising, order will coming then completely diff story liao.

Let said 2021F3 = 400m (which is impossibly low)

Total FPE will become 14.5, lead to a price RM33 (PE 20)

On 20 Jan 20 Monday, supermax price $ 1.31 (before the big jump in volume and price based on chart)

On 7 Aug 20 Friday, supermax share price $ 22.92

Multiplier = $ 22.92 / $1.31 = 16.8


Minimum required net profit for coming quarter = Net profit before Covid-19 x Multiplier

2nd Qtr ending Dec 19 which announced 25 Feb 20 = RM 30.2 million

4th Qtr ending Jun 20 which will announce 10 Aug 20 = RM 30.2 x 16.8 = RM 507.4 million


So minimum net profit to justify current share price = RM 507.4 million

If under RM 507.4 million means below expectations

Buy in today? All i can say to you is goodluck. Your risk is surely higher than some of us.

Also, be aware that this forum already floated with all traper, both buy call and sell call everywhere. Learn to read and understand who is really sharing the info, who not :)

By logic if you hold a stock and think that it has no future, would you spent day and night convincing other to sell?
Same applied to the other side, if i just brought the stock, i surely try my best to convince new comer to join this and push the price up. Even better let them buy the share i sold.
