For all newbies and ignorant ones, let me explain, special dividend can only be given once the deal is completed and cash is received. Only now they have announced the EGM date. Need to get shareholders approval, fulfil any other conditions necessary, complete the transactions and get money and only then can give dividend. Everything doesn't happen in one day. Please stay away from stock if you don't want to buy, don't like it. Please don't hold it and complain everyday or say bad things to push down the price to accumulate cheap
