Azizul, I was forecasting if Parkson drop to RM2.00 by end of this year with the estimation of 10 cent drop every week. By then, the ROI is -18.33%. Yes, the current price of RM2.37 is instead a ROI of -3.66%.

As a shareholder, I only care about the value of my investment and from my rough calculation, my investment has shrank -18.33% yoy. The share buy back strategy is not working at all. No point to defend the share price if the business isn't delivering. Invest for better return instead.The share has dropped from RM5++ in 2012 to RM2.37 today. You can't go against the market after all. I hope Parkson will give cash dividend after the disposal of KL festival mall instead of share buy back.

This stock is officially canned in my list until a good dividend payout is announced.

Every week drop RM0.10 even with shares buy back, by end of the year, will reach RM2.00. Last year on 31st Dec 2013, Parkson closed at RM2.75 and if this year closes at RM2.00, the return would be -27.27%. Taking into consideration of two shares dividends with payout of 6% each, that would mean the return is approximately around -18.33%

Even if it used Ah Kong's money, still unable to sustain the counter price at RM2.40. Hence, this week Parkson closes lower.

There have been 5 days of shares buy back since the renewal approval of shares buy back on 19 Nov 2014.These two days, they were using the method as highlighted by ks55. It just trying to maintain the open and closing price.

Maybe the chairman should just resign and let the younger blood to take over and turnaround the business. Selling the business in China could be a step forward and focus on Indonesia and SEA.

With the share buyback, may not be able to go down to RM2.00. Their method is to push up the price before market closes. That's how they sustain the price back in previous share buyback.

Parkson is still making profit but somehow, the share price isnt reflected. Some other counters in Bursa are making loss, yet their price are being manipulated and being pushed up.

If you already dont believe in Parkson's growth and business model, no matter what's the price, it makes no sense to invest and buy. Just like MAS...It's cheap but are you going and willing to buy it?

If you understand the concept of J curve in economy, you should understand what really happened to AAX. Q4 may not post nett profit as the jet fuel hedge is done until Dec 2014. Hence, for better results, need to wait for Q1 and Q2 2015 whereby the results will be announced in May and August 2015.

Invest your extra cash to other counters and start accumulating after CNY 2015. As per historical, bursa will always sell down a bit before CNY as ppl need money to spend. Next year CNY falls on 19th February. Get your bullets ready by then.

Coincidentally, Feb 2015 will be Q4 announcement too and hence with the poorer results expected for Q4 and sell down for CNY as well as the lower sentiment in Bursa due to all the sell down, AAX price may drop further during that time.

In my opinion, that may be a golden times to accumulate more of AAX shares. Trade with your own risk. This is only my observation and opinion.

There could be right issues as the cash flow is limited. Cash and cash equivalent at beginning was RM212 million and now the balance is RM64 million. It has spent RM148 million in 3 months time.

Expected poor performance especially when the airline released promising operational stats weeks ahead before the financial announcement. As it has hedged its jet fuel, the current low price on crude oil wont be reflected in this year. Wait for Q1 and Q2 2015 for better reflection. However, on the other hands, FOREX loss may increase too due to weakening Ringgit.

The only way for it to make profit is to stabilize its expansion and all new route or expansion needs some time for gestation before delivering the results and profits. I m not that familiar with airline business and so any sifu here can share how long it usually takes for new route to start to bear better results and yield?

The price of Parkson would most probably goes south further due to weak results from both PRG and PRA. Just to highlight that both still making profit though it is less than YoY.

Dont seem to going to release a good result. Usually the management tried to counter this by releasing a fair operation statistic, saying they are on track, delivering good services, etc. They did this last week. However, when comes to financial report, said the forex loss and depreciation eats into their profits and declared loss.

Don't accumulate now. Hold and wait for the results. It s just 6 days away.

Selling off under performed, low potential or already exceed its potential assets is a strategy. You can't keep holding to your assets if they are not giving you the potential return. Same for those already peak at their potential and you fetched a good price to sell it. The question should be direct to what's next? With the cash raised, is there any new investment? If there is, is the investment sound with potential return vis-a-vis its risk?

The general truth is, with high risk, there is a potential of high return. So, where is Parkson investing next and what is the potential return?
