Penny stock can't move by retailer, but syndicate and operator. All Pnny like AT XOX ANzo etc... Runs by Operator or syndicate... Retailer can't push even 2-3 bids... coz sell Q around 300-400k lot haha.. That is massive for retailer...

Actually everyone can claim i buy at bottom at sell peak and in reality many trader stuck in market.... no one is 100% accurate... if someone claim so accurate means he is macau scammer
