Having say that, this anclg RTO may just look likenthe one the Denko did. Bith are valuable companies and billions of assets or business being injecetd. Thus anclg may just follow the pattern of denko.

However, to satisfy all concerned parties and make sure everyone’s is in a win win situation, there nay be tweaking here and there.. at thus juncture, its all just guessing and assuming, ur guess is as good as mine.

Whatever the shares to be issued and whatever the valuation, we just pray that the RTO will go thru.

Ken, Personally, i do not think the parties concerned will be happy with the issuance price which i deemed is quite low based on the large capital base. 4bn is on the high side. 1.5-2bn is more realistic.

The way u made assumptions and refered thisbto the extraction will cause confusion and panic come monday which may prompt some panic sellings

One thing i realised in this forum, when a lot are sceptical and negatives on the stock， it always rise and prove those wrong.

Witnessed that in glove counters. When comfort and rubberrex rose from 35-40 sen to 80 sen many will said will fall will limit down and its a scam to trap....but they were not aware of the inportance of gloves and the seriousness of the pandemics.... and then the price keep rising and no return

People are not rushing to buy but collecting patiently...wat it takes is when one or two big players runs out of patient start snapping up shares, thats the time it fly....hopefully soon..

My question now...if S5 were to buy anclg, if i were S5 directors, i would not be happy if anconlg price shoot out before any official valuation done cos the actual valuation may be lower than present level or also couls be higher. Eventually if the valuationto be lower than now, and come final stages S5 will have ato make a MGO to the monority ifbthe price is at higher level the acceptance may not be there.

So this boils down to.....the share price has to be capped at certain level and if i were the S5 management, i will start to mop up the shares belongs to the minority from the open market as much as possible....Until i have enough control of the number of shares then only i will think of goreng....
