Judging from the euphoria of the glove stocks lately, i foresee tech stock will have the same run

And i belive with the now new normal, green oacket will fully capitalise on the covid situation. Its a future tech stock and as defensive as glove stocks

If my calculation is correct, i dun see why i shld chase morher and not buy into warrant. Just my humble opinion. I m not promoting or demoting the buy and sell. Just an observation. Cheers. Happy trading

Assuming the mother is 1.25 now, one bought warrant at 54.5 and add 40 sen convert one’s mother cost is 94.5sen as compare to the mother current price of 1.25

At 54.5 sen + 0.40= 94.5 sen mother share

Warrant exercise price 40 sen on the basis of 1 warrant to convet to 1 nother share.

Many peiple still dont realise green packet warrant existed

I would think ruberex will move after all the big brother make big moved. All counters PE are sky high now. Rubberex PE will follow high but somehow will be lowered by higher earnings with the increase capacity ny end June. If one wan to take the ride should take it at this price when profit taking os taking place. Or else will be chasing after 2.55. Cheers

All big brothers have to move first before smaller brothers. Today big brothers moving big. Smaller will follow...

Comfort share price always follow closely supermax. The diference between the two is abt RM1. If supermax at 4, comfort always follow and trade close to RM3. Its just a trend and my observation. Not valuation

This is the trend now. The top four moved few weeks back, past two days was the 2nd tier loke comfor and ruberex moved.

Today top 4 made big move. Expect tmrw til friday the 2nd tier will follow 2nd wave.

Those who still talke ant PE, heor she will still be talking si ce 1.30 till 3z Top 4 have move their PE so sky high. Obviously others have to follow. PE for harta and top glove must be over 60x now. So 3nd tier to have PER over 40x is not a surprise.

Its the trend and not about PE or valuations now.

Of course margins for all will have huge jump follow ny increase in ASP and low material prices.

If can stay at limit up closing like comfort will be nice

One thing good is that the price does not jump erractically and instrad on a gradual rise. This guves me an impression, potential investors are slowly accumulating for longer term positive results

I think the technologies is nothing new to the world but it is one of the pioneer in malaysia. Thus, with the new normal, all businesses, factories and offices will be inclined to use contactless technologies and also keep tract of their staffs. I think GP just came in at the right time and fully capitalised the covid situation. Looking ahead, valuation shld deserve a rerating. Hopefully above RM1

To develop a new vaccine is a complex process. First the virus behavior and strains has to be fully understood and properly analysed. Then testing on infected subjects numerous times before in humans. And provided the virus strains do not mutate and evolved. This will cause the process to start all over again. But we have brilliant scientists all over the world. So for the next one years should be a reasonable time frame

Of course there will be weakness i share price along the way. Its is understandable for those who bought below 1 and below 1.30 will want to lock in profit and think that it has reached its peak.

Skyjet....on and off we will hear or read some scientist from some worlds has some break thru or have tested encouraging results, enter second phase human testing, 3rd phrase and etc.

My question is, does this warrant to change one’s investment strategy and change the fundamental of the company invested?

Sure, vaccine will be developed one day and as a compassionate human, i sincerely do hope that will be soon.

But are we going to stop using medical PPE once vaccine is developed? Or rather gloves will be even more frequently used due to more awareness of the power of the transmissiion?

Run or stay is hard to say. Depends on individual. Of course if one think there is no more future, run for sure. Or if u are rational enough to just do more homework and not just based in heresay from daily news, then one will just make a rational decision.

Normally how the company play the game is, high growth, PP , then bonus issue. When a previously low growth u known company is under going a trajectory of growth, when earnings surged, they will offer PP to finance further growth. When earnings continue to grow, they will have bonus issue in mind to attract more investors.

Looking at a low base of ruberex in terms of growth and share base, it looks set for both. Now that earning is expected to increase aided by expansion, share run, PP proposed. I will not be surprise if bonus issue is in the pipe line. When that proposed, price will run again.

This is how i look at it. Well, if u believe what RHB research and your view that covid will stay with us another few years, demand will outstrip suppy, then its worth a bet.

Looking at the low material cost and a low oil prices which will affect directly on the raw material prices, a higher US dollar,, the current situation looks all favor glove counters.

However, one has to pick and choose. The too 4 of course is the safest bet but bear in mind they ate quite matured and fully priced. And if one worry about the reversal turn of the supply and demand when covid subsides, the too 4 with the biggest capacities will be the hardest hit . So there is a pro and con of being top

But or course not all PP behave the same. How we as long as there is a growth story, share price will always overshoot PP price. As RHB research indicated, ruberex will have fastest growth in the next 3 years. With compounded growth rate of over 30%. If it is true, the growth is impressive

One classic example will be GCB. The share price run towards 3.90 ex bonus last year before the PP announced. The PP price was fixed at 3.20-3.30. After it announced the next day the price dropp from 3.90 to 3.60. It stays there for a few days and then the rest is history. It went all the way to 5.40 within few weeks

Based on my experience on few counters that i was in before with PP, what happen was when the company is in trajectory of high growth the share price will run strongly initially. Them the xompany will propose PP to IB and IB will identify taker. After PP news anmounced, share price will just stagnant or drop a little cos those who bought in the market will say the PP is low so the current price is overvalued and will start to dispose. So share orice may drop a about 5%. But price will pick up again eventually when another group of investors see value. And the price will start to move higher again

Thats the risks one have to take to tome the demand and supply condition. Nobody can time the perfect timing. Best gauge will be earnings

Normally PP takwr will enter a conditional monotorium agreement means during the monotorium period PP takers cant tsell the shares. If breach the conditiions will void the PP and also compensations. Of xourse every company may have diferent conditions. But the principles will be the same that is not to dispose within the stipulated time.

Looks like covid is not going off any time soon...

In glove business and with up surge in demand The faster they add on new lines, the better they capture more market shares when others are facing bottle neck in production

2020 order already taken out. Even the coming onstream new lines to add 1.5billion gloves in June has also been taken out . So i think FY2020 shld be ok till first half of 2021. Again if covid stop completely by june 2021
