one FI i know holding this a lot at much2 premium from this price range and did not cut when the price plummented- thats my consolation :)

This was written sometime last month:

UEMS (5148) - 17th October 2015

It has already found it’s bottom at the price of $0.755, now it has formed a beautiful flagpole pattern (I have draw the flag in case you guys can’t see it), which is very bullish when breakout, with a good support level of $1.14 and the next support level is at $1.07. Resistance can be spotted at $1.20 and it’s breakout point is at $1.28. If it successfully breakout from $1.28 with volume. It will try to go to the first target of $1.46. Now it offers a low risk buy just a few cents above the support level $1.14. Stop-loss if $1.14 or $1.07 is violated.

For mid-term wise we’re going to look at the weekly chart. The weekly chart showed that the downtrend line is already been broken with a huge spike of volume on 11/09/2015 and the highest volume ever since 2013 which is an indication that there’s a reversal going on. It currently has a support level at $1.14 and $1.03. Immediate resistance level at $1.28 and next resistance at $1.33. Mid-term target is at $1.57. Stop-loss if $1.03 is violated.

Abit of Fundamental:
- UEMS lands in Iskandar is carried at a value of RM5.60 -sf, which is way below fair market value.
- Our PM announced Valuecap would use RM200bil to buy undervalued local stocks to prop up stock market and immediately after the announcement, UEMS went up the most. In addition, Khazanah is the largest shareholder which owns about 60+%. These points indicate that UEMS should fall in the category of undervalued stocks by Valuecap.
-PM may announced more details about HSR and further boost lands in Nusajaya, in which UEMS is a master developer in that region.
