You should have sold it when the price hit RM3 last week. RM3 is the most solid resistance, it wouldn't be that easily to break RM3. Those failed to sold at RM3 should continue hold and for those wish to average down the cost should buy at SMA20. Don't sell at this level, if you sell at this level you are giving a good opportunity for the operator to buy your share at cheap.

I believe the price will consolidate and form a solid foundation at SMA20 to challenge RM3 again. Once, break RM3, sky is the limit. Pls wait patiently.

I manage to grab at RM2.54. I knew the price will fall down to SMA20 before rebound.

An uptrend stock never break it short trend index which is SMA20. If you look at the chart, it never down below SMA20. Once it touch SMA20, it will rebound to next level.

BIMB Average Quarterly profits = RM200 millions
MBSB Average Quarterly profits = RM120 millions

Assuming MBSB successfully transform into fully Islamic Banking after 3 years and average quarterly profits increase from current RM120 millions to RM200 millions.

Assuming no. of share MBSB 3 years later increase to 8.2 billions due to DRP.

If you look back the past 3 years trade history. MBSB have been in Bearish and never went up. Everytime when the DRP issue out, the price went down further.

2018 DRP Issue price = RM1.02
Eventually, price further went down to 90sen after DRP issue out.

2019 DRP Issue price = RM0.80
Eventually, price further went down to 80sen after DRP issue out.

2020 DRP Issue price = RM0.56
Eventually, price further went down to ?? maybe RM0.50??

还有目前SCIB竞标着合共RM4.5billions的合约。放眼在今年尾能够达到RM1.5billions的order book，还有放眼明年底能够得到另外的RM1 billlion order book.

从下个QR开始这个RM900millions的合约就会开始贡献丰富的利润。如果按照9～10%的profit margin来算的话呢，大约能有个RM90millions的利润喔。。按目前的总股数来算的话，pe x10 合理价应该在 RM6~7之间。所以为什么Karim说他很有信心SCIB在明年年底能够成为一家市值超过RM1 billion的上市公司。。
