All big companies including ytlp will set up subsidiaries companies like bestari. Ytlp has a share in it. Usually subsidiaries do different and more risky business. These subsidiaries are sdn bhd companies. If anything happened to it's subsidiary, ytlp will only lose it's share in it. Mother companies are not affected. Government can bankrupt bestari or fin bestari. The big companies made sure subsidiaries won't affect mother companies in even of unforeseen mistakes or problems
