The bosses for Galactic Maritime are Mr Mohd Anuar Hanadzlah for Inix, Yang Xiaowen, Dou Jun and Galactic Yield Enterprises Ltd all from PRC who have established here since 22nd March 2010. Yang Xiaowen is the leading expert.

The bosses from HyperQB are Li Bin from PRC and Lim Choon Chong , a local guy. They are highly skilled in IT . Hopefully, Li Bin and Jack Ma can formed a strategic alliance. Hahaha.....

HYPERQB Sdn Bhd FYE is 31st May 2018. From the last QR , the cash flow from associates is RM 1.255 M which shows a 50% increased from the last year 2017. GM and Hyperqb are associates of Inix. This last QR is as at April 2018 .

GM is always tendering for new projects as stated by the director in the last AGM. Lets hope Inix will get a BIG CONTRACT very soon.

GMaritime was acquired 49% by Inix at the total costs of RM 11.76 M. GM FYE is 31st July 2018. The most recent project is the Pulau Indah sand dredging contract worth RM 18 M which will matured by end of this month. Lets hope the next 4th QR for Inix this coming Sept will be the BEST EVER, whereby the annual revenue can hit RM 10 M with a handsome net profit , thus confirming CEO Dr Azman that Inix is in the black for FY18.

Inix will never be the same when Galactic Maritime bring in lots of goodies and good news from land reclamation successful completion of projects . Potential to win new contracts is good since GMaritime is a major player.

Just compare the Revenue, cash flow from operating activities , debts, trade receivables, trade payables, cash balance in bank and land reclamation industry is so big. Update on Galactic Maritime: It is able to upgrade ports, harbour and navigational waterways especially along the Tebrau Straits, Port Dickson, Klebang in Malacca, Pulau Indah near Klang and Jambatan PIAI in Johor. GMaritime is very successful in completion of projects in Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong. Orderbook as at July 2012 is RM 220 M, especially projects around Iskandar Economic Region including Nusajaya waterfront development. To sum up, Galactic Maritime is one of the major player in land reclamation industry ever since 2010 in Malaysia. Now Inix has 49% shares of GMaritime, and at 6s per share it is the CHEAPEST JEWEL in Bursa.

In the last AGM , the CEO of Inix has plans for BizApps to be launch into other areas.

R & D costs was at its high due to a project which has yet to be commercialize. This was stated on 28 Dec 2016 by one of Inix's Directors. Now that this project is completed, hence the R&D expenses is ZERO in the last 3 Qtrs. BizApp UiTM is a Mall without a physical Mall. This project was recently launched last September 2017.

For the last 3 QRs , Inix maintained the administrative expenses about RM 1.1m to RM 1.6M, while the research and development expenses are ZERO in all those three Qtrs. This shows that Inix now is very lean and well manage, cutting down any unneccesary spendings.

Good jewels like Inix will not stay cheap for long. Opportunities only knock on your door once.

This new Inix has now diversified his business from IT to land reclamation and probably property development through its wholly owned subsidiary CMSB, Concrete Milestone Sdn Bhd.

Land reclamation in Malaysia was on way back in 1992. Now this industry is so big and bring in lots of opportunities such as property development. Galactic Maritime can also moved into ship maintainence. Hence, in early Jan 2017, Inix increased its shareholding by another 19% of GM. Now with 49% of GM, Inix further purchased another sand dredging vessel since the business is expanding rapidly.

Anyway, PMB invested in Inix is mainly on strategic partnership since land reclamation is a very big business.

Inix is in good hands, guys. No worries. With the new appointments of Directors , Inix QRs for FY 18 keep on improving. The figures from every corners speaks well of the good works of all the Directors with the CEO , Dr Azman still on board. PMB is still inside Inix as one of the main shareholders providing the necessary support and network to help Inix business to grow tremendously.

Free warrant INIX WB , yes that is possible sir. Why ? Simply, revenue gets bigger and bigger, meaning business volume is increasing, then free warrant B is highly likely. Another reason is Warrant is for future funding for Inix supported by good cash flow from operating activities. Also, the cash in bank from RM 324 K as at 31 July 2017 increased 8 fold to RM 2.578 M as at 30 April 2018, will certainly allow BODs to reward loyal shareholders with free Warrant B.

FY18, 1stQR ,2ndQR, 3rdQR , the Current Assets keep on increasing ie RM 6.4 M, RM 9.3 M and RM 10.9 M respectively. Inix business is getting better in the FY 18 for the past 9 months !

On 18 July 2016, Inix acquired Concrete Milestone Sdn Bhd, an investment holding company. On 11 Dec 2015, Inix acquired 30% of GMaritime. Your guess is as good as mine, Land reclamation, GM and CMSB , surely something is brewing in the near future.

Land reclamation is world wide, from Malaysia to Dubai, luxury high rise condos are built on artificial islands and reclaimed coastline. Galactic Maritime with many years experience in this field will certainly prove beyond doubt to bring in the profit for Inix. By then Inix will not be a penny stock any more. Kedah with the RM 30 B , mega project on the 81 hectare of reclaimed land near Langkawi will be a popular tourist spot . My hobby is reading and searching for cheap little jewels in the rubble. Inix is one of them. Cheap little unknown jewel where nobody even noticed of its existence in Bursa. Land reclamation is a big business even Datok Thing Pek King wanted to build a big one near Langkawi . In due time Galactic Maritime will help to make Inix famous.

Also, Inix will make some profit this FY as stated by CEO, Dr Azman.

The last 3 QRs has proven beyond doubt that Inix is changing for the better. Now the total revenue is RM 6.4 M which is only 75% of FYE 2018. These revenue shows that Inix business is expanding. Lets hope the top line for this FY can hit RM 10 M

The contracts awards from Aug 2017 till now is worth RM 14 m for IT alone. These awards will keep Inix busy for at least 2 years. In the meantime , lets hope Inix will get more IT contracts.

G Maitime has a big project in Pulau Indah in year 2016. The project is worth RM 18 m and it is finishing around this time. Lets hope the profit will come in for the 4 th QR , which will help Inix make profit. Please refer to Bursa Announcement.

INIX CEO said that there is a high chance that FYE 2018 is in the black. Hopefully, there will be some kind of rewards for the loyal shareholders , maybe a small dividend. As the QR gets better with increasing trade receivables and good cash flow from operating activities, Inix will move on to a higher level.

The profit from associates ( GM and HyperQB ) are stated in the CASH FLOW ACCOUNT
ie RM 1.255 m in the last QR. Inix primarily objective in purchasing these two companies is to supplement their cash flow.

One of the Inix Executive Director is appointed as Director in G Maritime.

The 49% acquisition of GMaritime is so important for Inix and the business is expanding with Inix purchased another vessel worth RM 5.5 m. This business has potential not only in land reclamation but also ship maintainence and services.

Concrete Milestone SB was registered on 18/7/2016. Acquisition of G Maritime was done around the same time. Land reclamation can also be used to develop houses.
