Inix is undergoing a process of change , moving on to the next phase ie dredging and land reclamation business. While the core is still ICT and software, more focus is on GMaritime.

Investment perlu mengambil masa seperti Hibiscus tahun 2016. Dah puas saya cari intan, dapat jumpa Inix yang murah. Business model nya cukup baik khasnya dengan pembelian HyperQb yang pakar dalam Mobile Game dan Apps. Bertambah baiknya dengan pembelian GMaritime yang hampir sama business dengan Benalac .

CEO Dr Azman sudah lama dengan Inix sejak Okt 2010. Beliau banyak pengalaman dalam industry ICT. Mudah mudahan Inix dapat bangun semula menuju ke puncak kejayaan

Excellent cash flow, RM 3.764m for FY 2017

Beli , simpan selagi Inix tiada hutang bank dan perniagaan nya pada GMaritime dan IT sangat baik

Hi guys, Inix contracts are plentiful. For IT segment is RM 13.79m, for dredging and land reclamation contracts from 2016 onwards is RM 83m

Selagi Inix tiada hutang bank , tiada bonds, jangan risau. Business dari IT dan G Maritime masih baik.

Lets hope G Maritime RM 62.5 m contracts from 3 major projects from Pulau Indah, Penang and Melaka will bring in the profits soon

Boss Dr Azman telah bertungkus lumus mendapat GM 49% saham, memang ada nilai dan sebab nya. HyperQB juga sebuah syarikat Mobile App yang baik. Kita tunggu saja lah.

Tak kan lah boss kita Dr Azman nak gulung tikar begitu sahaja. Selagi tiada hutang, selagi iti lah Inix akan terus hidup

Boleh tahan bang, tak panic sangat kot. Kita tunggu lah G Maritime contract RM 62.5 juta habis siap dan keuntungan pasti memuaskan .

G Maritime has three major contracts in 2015 and 2016 worthed RM 62.5 m. Just have to wait for these profits to be realised soon.

Healthy cash flow Inix has almost zero gearings. NTA now is 12.8s. Lets hope for the best today.

Revenue and gross profit almost the same for this QR, meaning cost of sale almost zero

Anyway, you have to decide

The expenses was about RM 5.2 m simply because of a major project which has yet to mature and the revenue yet to be materialise.

Looking through the FY 2015, 2016 and 2017, the cash flow for this year was the BEST , always positive for every Qtr ranging from RM 2.6 m to RM 3.7 m. The trade receivables are a consistent supply of cash for Inix. Furthermore , the current liabilities are very small only RM 860 k.

Inix has very good cash flow throughout the FY 2017. For every Qtr, this company has cash and cash is important for business. No cash no talk. Surprisingly, the cash flow are generated from operating activities which is an important segment in the Cash Flow Account. Basically, you need cash flow to move on.

Poor result , sad . The only consolation is net cash from operating activities is very good ie positive RM 3.764 m

Sama sama lah kita tunggu. Hari ini nampak nya Inix akan jadi berang dan garang.

Bang, kita perlu lihat long term mungkin 1 or 2 years. Selagi akaun Inix sihat, kita tak perlu bimbang pasal PN17. Business dredging and land reclamation di negara kita sangat baik sehingga boleh sampai RM 2.8 b. Tahun lepas, saya promo Hibiscus , masa itu hanya 19s. Tahun ini , saya promo INIX. Harap kajian saya ini dapat faedah untuk semua.

The share price is still very cheap. Insider trading won't make much difference. Compare to year 2015, Inix is above 20s. Now with two new acquisitions ie HSB and GMaritime, Inix is so much better and the share base is only about 253m. Two excellent factors in Inix accounts are zero-bank borrowings and healthy cash flow.

Next Monday , result due to too many holidays in Sept. My 2 cents idea.

Three main reasons Inix is good. 1. Zero-debts . 2. Good cash flow . 3. Good prospects in G Maritime and HSB

HyperQB Sdn Bhd ( HSB) , 25% share purchase(RM 7.7 m ) on 22 March 2016, GM 30 % (RM7.2m ) buy on 16 March 2015 and add 19%(RM 4.56m ) on Jan 2017. HSB core business is mobile application and business model comparable to Mtouche, MNC Wireless, MMode and Nexgram. HSB FYE is 31 May 2017 whereas GMaritime FYE is 31 July 2017 similar to Inix.

HyperQB , G Maritime and Inix core business IT , ketiga tiga bahagian ini , harap dapat memberi sumbangan keuntungan pada sukuan ke-4 .

Jika QR sangat baik, ada kemungkinan jadi 50% Benalec

Expecting good results selepas membuat kajian. Yang paling penting ialah cash flow account.

Total purchase of Galactica Maritime ie 49% share is RM 11.76 m . The BOD surely know the value of GM . The dredging and land reclamation industry is worth RM 2.8 b as at 2016. Benalac company is also doing the same business is now about 40s per share.

Why Inix ? Firstly no debts, 2. R&D in the core business of IT and lastly the new acquisition of G Maritime. Exciting days ahead for Inix, sir. Just wait patiently.

No sir. But I promote Reach too when it was 29s. I promote Hibiscus when it was 19s last year. Now my research is on Inix. Have to wait for some time to see this Inix compete with Benelac, maybe 50% of it
