Mr Lim Kok Kiong resignation is expected and the position to be replaced by Datuk Nur Jazlan (currently Chairman of UDA).Dato Azmi is putting his buddy in key position to speed-up the restructuring process.Any impact on the share price?Well.... ,very subjective.Depend on individual view.My personal opinion is a positive move by Dato Wan Azmi.

I bought @ .004-.0045.I know this is a high risk counter.Basing on the recent events(high court injunction,the 2 datos on the board),my opinion is that going forward,they have to come out with a workable restructuring plan;massive capital injection plus new business to turn this co around.The present board must have been advised on this plan.Otherwise they would not have agreed to the new appointment of the 2 dato into the board.Their appointment was speedy and friendly which is an opposite of Tiger case.I guess CPE and Patimas will make an announcement.Wait till then before you make any decision.Meanwhile,stay sideline and watch closely for any new development.

A caution note.Tabung Haji is a trader as oppose to EPF an investor as far as this counter is concerned.TH has 114.5mil shares in hand out of which 1.25mil was acquired on 5-6/Feb at price in the region of 1.25.Based on my past 6 mths observation,whenever MRCB is on up trend,TH will surface to dispose.

Dato and Hong Kong partner already invested some money in Patimas.The shark has be on buying spree to support the price for the last 4 trading days.The amount involved are too huge to just let it go.We,the small ikan billis are 2 of kinds.Either 1]sold their shares and now sideline waiting for the next showtime or 2]those got caught last Mon. run and now waiting for the next up swing.No many of us enter to buy over the last few days.My guess is dato or his Hong Kong partner will come out to make some noice(news maker)over the next few days to stir renew interest for us to buy in,then the next wave will become real.To those who have interest to play this counter, very very careful and always be on alert.Winning or losing can be in a matter of seconds.
