事实上，在手套股暴涨后，市场已经出现很大的分歧。有的认为所有利好已经反映在股价上，有的则唱好未来几个业绩仍高于分析师预期。从中立的角度，个人认为大家应该将目光投放在2021年之后的手套供需行情。

首先是英科医疗，近期在中国股市上演超过4倍的疯狂涨势。目前年产能为190亿左右。未来计划在各省打造4个生产基地，累积扩充的产能高达500多亿。也就是说在完成计划后，其产能几乎和现在的Top Glove一样。

其二是蓝帆医疗，预计在2020年底提高年产能至250亿，并计划在2021-2023年期间进一步扩充300亿产能，也就是说总产能有望在4年内达到550亿。

以上的计划看似非常有雄心，而且具有很大的威胁，不过实际冲击预计不大。要扩充如此多的产能除了需要庞大的资金，也需要耗上至少8-10年才能建成。Top Glove用了30年时间才有今天的规模，难道他们仅需要几年就达成？

另一方面，英科和蓝帆的主要产品是PVC手套 (Vinyl) ，占组合的近80%。两者未来的扩充核心也是投放在PVC手套上，相信是因为在丁晴手套的竞争上完全没有优势。

此外，PVC手套的生产原料是塑料，属于污染程度高的产品。全球近年来已逐渐从PVC或橡胶手套转向使用丁晴手套，这是未来不变的趋势。

至于需求，全球手套在2005-2019年期间录得大约8%的复合增长率。随着全球卫生意识得到结构性提升，加上肺炎疫情对全球影响程度大大超出SARS，Top Glove预测手套正常的需求增速将从以往的8-10%增至12-15%。

2019年的全球手套需求为2,600亿左右，而2020年则预测为3,100亿左右。全球5大手套业者的总产能为大约1,900亿，占市场份额的60%。以他们明年平均20%的产能扩充速度，暂时还不成问题， 毕竟订单已经排到2021下半年。

值得一提，手套业者也已经收到包括航空、餐厅、服装、酒店等新用户的订单。就连个人近期去Mamak喝茶，也看到所有员工穿着手套，相信这已经是新常态。

个人认为不能相提并论，因为当棕油价格跌至非常烂时，政府将调整出口税，甚至给予补贴金，以协助业者度过难关。也就是在行情差的时候伸出援手。

假设有一天手套价格跌至非常烂，政府会出手支援吗？答案是不会。那么基本上现在就没有权力和资格向手套业者征收暴利税。Top Glove也出面澄清，政府官员至今没有上门商讨相关事宜。

回到最重要的问题，手套股涨势完了吗？取决于是否还有新一批资金进场。直接来说就是取决于病毒何时结束，以及有效的疫苗何时问世。

if the mother price is trading below pp price, why would investors want to pay extra to subscribe?

as i said many many times, believe it or not company to maintain at RM1.60 or higher region in order to meet RM85m funds. Further, company director also starts buying shares first seen from March at much higher price RM1.60 on 9/6/2020 indicating the base price.

the group said the estimated cost for the purchase of machinery for the new production lines and surgical packing machine is RM96 million. The shortfall of RM19.5 million will be funded by the group internally.

let presume company were to raise all the funds RM96m via this PP exercise. Meaning the share would be in region of RM1.88

generally thumb up to the group and company mgmt, and lim’s family to see their effort of corp restructuring and growing K+ back in future star

Why so pessimistic?
k+ is not a loss making company afterall, it has show successfully turn around this year, thanks to the pandemic and bonus issue.
Why don't see this as a second chance for those who missed it to top up?
The price didn't randomly leapt since 5 years, the buying interest was real.
Now it's just doing some throwback/ consolidation to wash small patotoholders out....wakkkakka !
