SCGM is paying a special dividend of RM2.21 to its shareholders. The company prioritizes the interest of the shareholders and is rewarding its shareholder when their cash balance is ballooning. The act of SCGM's management is commendable and exemplary to the market. Do you think the management of MAA will also do the same to reward its shareholders with dividends?

Sold up at a huge loss about 85 cents...won't buy anything from Senheng shops any more. No point supporting this company.

I think a long-term and stable dividend payout shall be regarded as an indicator of corporate maturity and a socially responsible attitude of the management.

What is the ESG policy of MAA? Why MAA is not exhibiting a stable dividend payout?

A retired person who depends on MAA for dividends will be starved to death long time ago...

The price of MAA is really hopeless....dividend also hopeless. What has caused it to be so hopeless?

I guess dividend payment is at the mercy of the controlling shareholder.

Velesto received a few contracts for jack-up drilling recently. Expected to contribute positively to the bottom line.

No dividend announcement? The shareholders who opposed the previous privatization were penalized?

I can see from the announcements that the few Lim were buying back Senheng shares aggressively from the market lately. Am I right to say that they sold their shares during IPO at RM1.07 and now they were buying back at a lower price, thus making huge profit in trading? Someone who are expert in share trading please advice if my thinking is correct.

Dropped again. Could be a trap. Better be careful.

The volume traded for Senheng is very high today, close to 20m now. Who is buying?

And as a consumer, I can choose where to buy from. My money, my choice.

That's just my opinion. Neither of us has the answer to why the share price slipped below the IPO's price.
2022-02-04 15:25 | Report Abuse
It is really short-sighted to allow the share price to fall below the IPO price. They will lose the loyalty of their customers who had subscribed to the IPO.

I have been a long-term supporter of Senheng products. Having had this bad experience with Senheng's IPO, I think I could have made the wrong choice to keep supporting Senheng's products.

Is it true that Senheng IPO has been overpriced, or is it really a scam, or is it due to the current market sentiment which has tarnished the price? Really confusing. I don't have the answer. The fact is whoever subscribed for the IPO has lost money based on the current price of 79 cents. Any chance of recovery to above the IPO price in the near future?
2022-01-28 16:07 | Report Abuse
I have a feeling of being cheated by this Senheng IPO. I am sure many of you who had subscribed for the IPO will feel the same.

A well-managed company will generally have a share price higher than NTA. One good example: Public Bank Berhad with an NTA of RM2.42 per share is currently traded at RM4.22. When will this happen to MAA? I am looking forward to it.
2022-01-28 12:26 | Report Abuse
So sad. This Senheng's IPO is really hopeless. Why want to enroute the IPO path and make the shareholders disappointed and angry?
2022-01-04 15:28 | Report Abuse
The current share price of MAA with a NTA of about RM2.00 is only traded at around RM0.58 or about a quarter of its NTA value. Does this mean that the company is not being helmed to maximize the value for all its shareholders?

So shameful to punish the minority shareholders if this is true...what's wrong with the decision to not agree to the privatization price if it is not reasonable and not fair.
2021-12-22 15:35 | Report Abuse
Probably we need someone professional and qualified to helm the company to generate maximum return for all the shareholders?
2021-12-22 11:16 | Report Abuse
MAA is not paying any dividends to the shareholders since the last 7 or 8 quarters I guess. But the money was used to invest in KNM and suffered a huge book loss currently. What have the shareholders benefited from the company in the last 2 years?

Yesterday US dropped 462 points and the indicative price of this ETF only made a negligible rise in price. Unbelievable!
2021-12-01 16:21 | Report Abuse
Any one know which authority is governing this market maker and the ETF and how to lodge a complaint about this matter?
2021-12-01 16:18 | Report Abuse
Based on the current scenario, is the market maker do what they are obliged to do? Have they discharged their obligation accordingly?

Can anyone help to explain why the price of this ETF did not move much when the US dropped so much last Friday and yesterday? I have no clue about it at all.
2021-12-01 11:36 | Report Abuse
Isn't this inverse ETF should move in contrast with the movement in US index?

The last dividend of MAA was paid in August 2019. No more dividend payments after the failed privatization attempt. Why?

The cost per share for the 233m KNM shares invested by MAA was RM0.227. The market price of KNM is currently at RM0.315. It means MAA makes a book gain of about RM20m from its investment in the shares of KNM. Wow...what a hansom profit within such a short period. This will help in pushing the share price of MAA upwards.

Surprise to see there are still someone disposing MAA's shares at such a cheap price. Some 9k shares just changed hand at 72 cents.
2021-08-24 14:34 | Report Abuse
Probably no one would be willing to sell at this extremely low price. The NTA per share of MAA is currently at RM2.06.
2021-08-24 11:12 | Report Abuse
Why MAA up again? I was waiting for the price to drop further so that i could up my ante.

How much losses have EPF suffered by dumping the shares in such manner? The depositors will have to bear the losses ultimately, not anyone else.
2021-06-25 15:09 | Report Abuse
May be the irrational sales and dumps of shares by those GLIC are the main factor contributed to the huge plunge in the share prices.....Is there any solid evidence that the company has actually committed any wrong doing? Why in a hurry to sell when things are still pending investigation?
2021-06-25 14:57 | Report Abuse
Probably things may not be so bad if EPF, KWAP etc did not dump and dump the shares ....

I hope this is not a punishment to the shareholders for failing the privatization offer.
