@winterwolf I will believe as long as the share price goes up. Not a buy and hold investor in this counter though. To me, this is a speculative counter that one should flip. Always have a stop loss as contingency plan.

Something is brewing in E&O here. When the managing director of the company buys up to 10% of his company, we are pretty sure there are hidden corporate developments waiting to be unearthed. No one with an unsound mind would want to buy so much of its company at 20% above market if he is uncertain or bearish regarding his company's future. If you still cant get it, imagine buying an extremely expensive diamond ring for your old wife. Would you do it? I personally wouldnt unless I know my wife is undergoing a transformation into something great.

I think it is a mistake to invest on Kfima based on its supposedly attractive valuation. If you do study the long term financial performance of the company, you will notice that Kfima is a poorly managed one. First, the financial performance of Kfima is solely dependent on the performance of its plantation division. If you look further into the numbers behind, you will find that the company has constantly producing returns that are below the industrial average from its plantation division time to time. So, what does this tell me? It tells me that Kfima is a below average and inefficient plantation player among its industry peers.

No doubt Kfima is producing good cash flow year by year, especially from its stable printing division. I feel the management has not done enough to reward its shareholders with its cash hoard. Hence, you see the low valuation in its market value. The share price of Kfima will track the long term performance of CPO prices. As long as we see increased liquidity into the plantation sector from the broader market, Kfima share price will go up. In my opinion, Kfima will most likely realized its intrinsic value through privatization.

Quarterly results came out below my expectations. Revenues are up but profit is down. Perhaps that is the reason why this stock has trouble breaking its all time high. The next quarterly results will definitely be better. Expect this stock to trade range bound 1.8X to 2.10 for the next 3 months.

Does anyone ever feel the trend for Inari has been exhausted? The same news flow has been repeated by the promoters over and over again. Now, everybody seems to be waiting for the transfer to Main Board. Based on the data that I gathered, most stocks under such exercise will drop instead of continue to trend up. For a more recent live example, do refer to Ho Hup.

Well, to be fair, DKSH traded above 8 on low volume. Much buying was done at 7.9 level.

Another good quarter for DKSH. Revenue +4%, net profit +15% compared to previous year same quarter.

With free float tighter than my wallet, LTAT has the power to determine the market price of DKSH at anytime. Expect LTAT to suppress and push up DKSH share price over and over again until their entire stake is liquidated.

Obviously, traders who are throwing Padini shares never done their homework. A research report from Maybank shows Padini sources their products mostly from China and Bangladesh. The report did highlight Padini was looking for new suppliers in India or Vietnam in 2013. Nevertheless, even if Padini do have suppliers from Vietnam, the impact to the group's inventory will be minimal.

Going off-topic, it seems Padini seems to have an enormous seller queuing to sell above RM 2.10+. Wonder who the seller is.
