The Group recorded profit after tax of RM22.0 million for the current quarter, a decrease of 59.4% from RM54.3 million recorded in the immediate preceding quarter. The decrease was mainly due to unfavorable movement in foreign exchange rates in the current quarter. The significant depreciation of the USD against the RM has resulted in an unfavorable foreign exchange loss of RM53.3 million.
