Why panic sell by fund managers? Any idea? Seem PUC is fundamentally okay to invest. No idea why it sudden dropped so much from 0.355 just within 2-3 weeks. Any sifu can advise? Thanks.

PUC FOUNDER (MSC) BERHAD declared Loan Stock Interest - 4%, the ex-dividend date on 24-Jan-2018.
PUC-LA has a nominal value of RM0.05 and a coupon rate of 4% per annum, payable on annual basis in arrears. This means if you have PUC-LA, you will get an interest payment of RM0.05 x 4% = RM0.002 per ICULS per year. If you have 100,000 PUC-LA, you will get RM200 per annum as the interest payment.

Hi,
With reference to the below statements, may I know:
1) what does "Repayment Offer" mean? Assuming PUC LA closing is RM0.24 and I accept the offer, how much will I be getting?
2) If I not accept the offer, the PUC LA will continue with its previous Terms and Condition and continue listed and traded until its expired date in 2019, right?
Please advise. Thanks.

Kris Wong / ppfoong >> I am thinking the same :)
Just to find out why got this got gap different (as at 11.05am, PUC 0.335, PUC-LA 0.245, still 0.09 different)
Thanks both. Happy trading. Good Luck !

But the market react differently these 2 days. 0.33 (PUC) vs 0.24 (PUC-LA), different 0.09. Logically, both PUC and PUC-LA should be different around 0.05. Not sure why these 2 days the gap is bigger. That why I am asking if any Sifu here can advise better.
If PUC-LA is worth to invest (0.24 + 0.05 = 0.29 [0.04 cheaper if we buy PUC direct at 0.33]), why PUC-LA just 0.24 when PUC is 0.33.

Hi, understand that 0.05 is required to convert PUC-LA to PUC. But the price for PUC-LA and PUC is 0.245 & 0.335 (0.09 different). Why this happen? Is this mean that we buy PUC-LA better? Any thought? Please advise. Thanks.
