RSS cannot hold their position forever

We can bleed them to death if we are strong and hold our position strongly.

They pay huge expenses to maintain their position while we enjoy our super duper dividends quarter after quarter.

What is so bad about that?

RSS can easily push the price down now because there are not many buyers.

Since there are not many buyers at this level, the price can easily go up too because there will be not many sellers when RSS covers their positions.

Last year it was only high ASP.

Going forward high ASP + expanded capacity.

The sky is the limit my friends.

pjseow, putting spx's changed business model aside, I think the assumption and expectation of drops in ASP for coming 2, 3 to 4 years are just pure speculations.

I agree there has been a slight drop in ASP from the peak but this can be explained by the reluctance of distributors to lock in orders expecting the pandemic to be over soon. However it has become clear now that the pandemic will not be over soon even with vaccinations. This means all those bearish ASP assumptions will have to be revised.

I can forsee a barrage of panic order soon by the distributors when their stock runs low. This will send the ASP through the roof again.

gohkimhock @Beary it is all about the pricing. The current price run too far ahead of its fundamental.

Citadel got a very good point there. Those bought long time ago, was never about any virus. They bought it was for the dividend and some small capital appreciation. Those are what we called good investors, provided nothing changed in Topglove's financial statements.

Another positive I see for gloves is all countries can no longer afford to go on strict lock down.

Its a balance between lives verses livelihoods.

My 10% bitcoin is a very long term bet not for myself but for my kids/grandkids haha.

It is either hero or zero for me on this one.

Guys there is another great opportunity in the making.

Bitcoin is currently in correction mode.

USD25k and below will be a nice level to start nibbling averaging down until USD20K.
