of share in order to top up the increased paid up capital .At the end of the day the overall market capitalization must equivalent to subscription paid ,otherwise why should the company fork out so much of cash to complete the cooperate exercise ?In the event of very bad market ,the company will delay and call off the bonus offer exercise until such a suitable market trading environment .

As we know Tan Sri William Cheng is the owner of the company,he don't want the company share price to trade far below the intrinsic value after spending great efforts to revamp the business from losing heavily.The share price traded at very low P.E. reduces the whole market value of the company indirectly reduces Tan Sri personal wealth.Do you think he likes that? But share traders especially punters have different approach expecting the price to drop back to low as 27 cts is better so that they can buy and keep for short term leaping profit .For me, Monday price at 1 ringgit and above should be reasonable.

They dispose small amount of the total holding, Its often the business strategy of the investment division .They too disposed Tenaga Nasional share recently thereby dragged down the price but after that price rebounded back because no bad sentiment arises.For long term investors focus more on company foundamental and national economy growing rate is rather more crucial position.At the moment the company is heading towards turn round path way may take at lease 3 to 6 month to achieve the target and share price will remains challange until further clearer direction.
