TODAY I WROTE INTO THEIR FACEBOOK COMMENTING : Now Fintec is at its LOWEST. I am appealing to the Management of Fintec to buy back Fintec Shares on and off to stabilize its own share prices rather than stabilizing other Groups shares. DO NOT ISSUE anymore ESOS in Fintec as it hurts the investors confidence even more.
If the Management has any new updates that Fintec has, do share them into their Facebook and Linked-In. Investors like me can see you are genuinely updating and providing latest information to us as Investors. Thank you very much.

My opinion on Fintec is :
1. As at Market Price of 1.5 sen now, Fintec is very safe to buy in now by looking at their Current NTA, Current Funds they have as at Balance Sheet provided and their Investment activities.
2. They may have issued and offered a lot of PP and ESOS up to date but as I think in Good Faith, they are doing for the benefits of the Group but at the painful expense of the Current Shareholders Reserve Fund because Fintec were issuing PP and ESOS at a Discount and not at a Premium.
3. The current depressed Market is extremely bad for the Whole KLSE and Fintec is not spared as well. But if you have bought other KLSE shares in the Market earlier, you also may have lost a lot, I am sure. So be just as understandable that Fintec investments into other PLCs will suffer the same consequences.
4. Just sit back and relax for the KLSE to recover in the near future. Nothing is permanent in this world. Stocks will rebound but just wait, if you have the holding power. Buy more if you have extra money. Do not borrow to buy.
5. Now Fintec is at its LOWEST. I am appealing to the Management of Fintec to buy back Fintec Shares on and off to stabilize its own share prices rather than stabilizing other Groups shares. DO NOT ISSUE anymore ESOS in Fintec as it hurts the investors confidence even more.
6. Any new undates that Fintec has, do share them into their Facebook and Linked-In. We now can see if you are really genuine in providing informations to us as Investors.

Its OK BLee. Actually we made a lot of assumptions for Fintec as these assumptions may be wrong . Its OK as we lack of feedback from Fintec Management. We are all buying into Fintec at our own risk. If only Fintec Directors are more open and transparent, we would be happier.

Wow, BLee. You have my applause for posting Fintec interest in AT Group in great details. Thank you very much indeed. For me I am just doing guessing work. Anyhow, I do believe Fintec is now at its lowest level. Anyone interested to buy Fintec now is sure to gain in a long term. I am booking my bid for 1 sen everyday but only managed to get 2 millions by chance a few weeks ago. Hope to get more if someone sells. Happy investing, everybody. Cheers if you have the holding power.

alan123. It is just my opinion. Fintec sold AT Glove away has its own decision we do not know. You are correct alan123. Fintec has a lot of cash surplus, why should Fintec sell away AT? Fintec does things always in secret and in a weird way. I concur with you alan123. Selling AT at 3 to 4 sen and buying back Fintec shares is just my own presumption. Just ignore my crazy opinion. Hahahaaa..

Why Fintec was forced to offer ESOS now at 1 sen as it was a promise earlier, I believe. As you can see, there are so many buyers now waiting to buy at 1 sen. The amount of shares bidding at 1 sen is more than 550 millions today 21/1/2022.

As I say, today at 1 sen or 1.5sen a share, it is your GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY TO BUY into FINTEC now.

Just unforfunate sato. The ESOS and PP have had to be exercised even when our market went southwards as it was a promise and commitment earlier. If the economy was good, Fintec ESOS and PP prices would follow the market prices of that day. So unfortunate. Sato. Sorry to hear your story.

He may help FINTEC later on when his position as President of the Agrobank stabilizes later. My Heartiest Congratulations to YM Tengku Ahmad Badli Shah and wishing him well and every success in his new endeavour and a prestigious position. Bravo to him and to all us.

From my investigation, Fintec vide AsiaBio acquired 421.600 millions AT Glove shares on 18 May 2020 vide a Right Issue of 4.0 sen.according to the 2020 AT Annual Report.

Fintec acquired AT Glove at 4 sen in May 2020 but sold recently between 3-4 sen.. Lost 1 sen OK mah. But must help to buy back or spring up own Fintec shares now at 1.5 sen. Current situation strategy OK to me coz market now is so down while Fintec is now at its lowest. There are currently bidders for more than 550 millions shares daily at 1 sen and Fintec buying back its shares for 1.5 sen is reasonable as its NTA is now at 0.087 sen a share as reported at the MalaysiaStock.Biz site.

YES. Sell all AT shareholdings at 3.5 sen and buy back own Fintec shares at 1.5 sen - A GOOD MOVE. At least you are helping your own Fintec shares. I agree. If buy other than Fintec, I do not agree. Hope Fintec directors are doing the correct move.

When Fintec issues ESOS or PP, the company gains a little due to more capital inflow to the company but we feel very unfair to the current shareholders who have to share their old current capital reserves with the new ESOS or PP holders thus reduces the Net Worth Per share of the old shareholders. I understand that Company issuing ESOS or PP has to follow the price of the latest current 5 days average of the market prices of the listed shares. If the current market condition is bad, issuance of these ESOS and PP surely depresses the market prices of their own shares further. Thats why our Fintec prices keep falling from 11 sen to the current 1 sen over the period of all these issuances. Are issuance of these ESOS and PP our company's commitments or private promises that we must keep issuing them? If yes, why such issuances or offers to the ESOS or PP investors and their names are never mentioned for us to see as we are their current shareholders. I cannot see in anywhere in Fintec books or records that who and who are their new ESOS or PP shareholders. ESOS means Employees Share Option Scheme but I can never see who and who bought in the new ESOS offers all these while. WHY so secret about this. Some more no one directors are involved in any of Fintec's ESOS. HOW WEIRD? So far, NO DIRECTORS are holding any major shares in the Fintec Group after so many ESOS exercises. ANOTHER WEIRD OCCURANCE? I hope Fintec be transparent and let us know who buys into such ESOS or PP schemes so far. ANOTHER WEIRD MOMENT is there are more than 500 millions willing BUYERS in the OPEN MARKET for the period for 1 sen Fintec shares BUT WHY, Fintec still needed to offer 1 sen ESOS shares to the latest batch to their new ESOS investors amounting to 20 millions only on the 13/1/2022 where there are 500 millions shareholders waiting willing bidders waited to buy at 1 sen in the Open Market. SO WEIRD !!!!!!!?????

Agree with you, BLee. Conversion for Preference Shares to Mother Shares are not so straight forward, Anyhow, with Fintec Pref Shares existence, the proposal of any Fintec Consolidation is now difficult. So obvious still, Fintec has to deal not only with the existing Pref Shares but with 3 other Warrants ( i.e. WA,WB & WC) outstanding.

Those who can buy, just buy Fintec as I believe it is the lowest now as the group is cash rich with an nta value of 6.67 sen per share. There is no reason to drop to half a sen as there will no no sellers at half a sen. The Group is not going bankrupt. Only the current market conditions and sentiments make it as such. The Group is holding so much valued added stocks with huge potentials except all the shares they are holding now are also trading at rock bottom price at current KLSE prices. When KLSE starts correcting, all Fintec holdings will also go up. Fintec Group 's NTA once reached 91.8 sen per share last year. Now it dropped to 6.67 sen is just current valuation only based on Current Auditor's Portfolio Valuation Report. Imagine, if the KLSE rebouches back to much higher position, your 1 sen now may worth 50 sen or 75 sen or RM1-00 and more a share. JUST KEEP YOUR FINTEC SHARES FROM NOW. DO NOT SELL THEM IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT THEM AT TODAY'S PRICE. YOUR ROI IS POTENTIALLY VERY HIGH.

Malaysia covid measure performed very badly because they follow the WHO protocol. India and Japan later part did not follow the WHO protocol and they performed marvelously with very few cases. WHY? Until today, Malaysian MOH refuses to accept the fact that Ivermectin can kill the covid viruses. They just pretend not to listen. Pretend here and pretend there. They want more cases. Don't know why? Very weird.

July 2007: Jho Low and Zeti's husband were already partners in a d Abu Dhabi Kuwait Malaysia Investment Corp (ADKMIC) that will later on receive US$153mil from 1MDB between June 2011 to September 2013
Jun 2008: Zeti's husband received US$7.42 million from Jho Low.
2) May 21, 2009: US$0.732 million was received from Jho Low’s US law firm Shearman & Sterling’s account in Citibank in the US. The US Department of Justice has named Shearman as a firm that Jho Low used to launder money stolen from 1MDB;
3) June 1, 2009: US$0.567 million from Acme Time Ltd’s account at RBS Coutts Singapore. Jho Low is the beneficial owner of AcmeTime;
4) Dec 17, 2009: US$6.25 million was received from Jho Low’s US law firm Shearman & Sterling’s account in Citibank in the US; and
5) Dec 18, 2009: US$1.25 million was received from Asset Central Holdings Ltd’s account at RBS Coutts, Singapore. Jho Low is the beneficial owner of Asset Central.
Singapore CAD has confirmed that the source of the money in transactions 2, 3, 4, 5 originated from profits made by Jho Low and cohorts from the flipping of the RM5 billion 1MDB/TIA (Terengganu Investment Authority) bonds arranged by AmBank in May 2009.
Jho Low and others, via Aktis Capital Pte Ltd, Acme Time and Country Group Private Securities Ltd, made more than RM600 million in profits from the flipping of the 1MDB bonds.
July 2007 and June 2008 are significant dates as this is before 1MDB were formed or had any money. It was also before Najib became Finance Minister or Prime Minister in April 2009.
As we all know, every single Ringgit that were later found to be misappropriated was after 1MDB had transferred overseas to GoodStar owned by Jho Low and the fake Aabar.
But for 1MDB to transfer hundreds of millions of US Dollars overseas, they would require BNM approval.
Now, is it any wonder why BNM would approve FOREX transfers by 1MDB to fake companies when even simple online company checks by BNM would know those companies are fake or owned by the wrong persons?
And is it any wonder why Zeti advised Najib to open a bank account in his own name and failed to monitor Najib's account for suspicious transactions even told she was told by Najib to monitor and clear those transfers?
Has anyone ever asked why BNM and Zeti could have "failed" in carrying out their duties for such easy and basic checks which they were made responsible for?
You are not the least bit curious or suspicious?
Is it because her husband and children have long ago continuously received hundreds of millions of Ringgit from Jho Low?
Or that her husband and children were co-owners of the companies with one Samuel Goh that was responsible for helping set-up the fake offshore accounts that received the 1MDB money that was approved by BNM to transfer to?
https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/.../who-is-samuel-goh.../
It is important to remember that Singapore police actually told Malaysia about the close to RM700mil received by Zeti's faimly from Jho Low in year 2015 and 2016.
Unfortunately, the govt body that Singapore police reported the information to was BNM.
So, when you pass info to BNM about the then BNM boss' family, the information just gets stuck in BNM.
The question then is, who in BNM knew about this at that time and buried the info?
Until today, Zeti has never come out to deny The Edge's story based on Singapore Police Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) or even threatened to sue The Edge.
